5 years as owner/​Operator of Aerobic Company in Mpls. Minnesota

8 years teaching Pilates including: Private, Duos, Trios & Groups

3 years Managing Pilates Studio for Cherry Creek Athletic Club

2 years working with clients in Recovery to gain body awareness & appreciation

Philosophy:

To have FUN while creating an exercise program specific for each client’s individual needs and fitness goals. My desire is to offer hope and encouragement to those clients who are rehabilitating from an injury or accident. Also, to challenge those elite athletes who are striving to improve their strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance and body awareness. Pilates is a repertoire of exercises for everybody. It is not age or fitness level specific. It is a journey of self discovery and you will take the skills you acquire in Pilates and incorporate them into every other activity you enjoy.
