Paul has been my insurance agent for 14 years. He is super-​knowledgeable about Platt Park property values and making sure we have proper coverage. (His office has been in Platt Park since 1998, but he recently had to move a few blocks south).
Paul provides the kind of «above and beyond» personal service that is rare these days. Last year I called him from an airport shuttle worried about insurance on an expensive ring I had just gotten. He called me back within ten minutes telling me «it’s taken care of.» I don’t know how he got it covered in 10 minutes, but he did. That kind of service is priceless, yet his prices are also always competitive.
Paul is also honest and trustworthy. .. even if it will cost him. He tells me when I have too much insurance. For example, when my car got too old, he told me to drop the comprehensive coverage because it wouldn’t pay for itself in the event of a claim. I also love that he represents a number of carriers — not just one — so can shop the best policy and pricing.
He really gets to know his customers and their needs; and his charming Irish accent and personality make it fun to do business with him even in the dull world of insurance.
I can’t recommend him highly enough.
