Out-U-Go!

I used Out-​U-​Go for the first time today (01÷17÷16) since my roommate and I were going to be gone at work all day (this doesn’t happen very often. Normally one of us is home midday) They came out and did a free meet and greet where they went over everything you would need to know. I have never had a stranger walk or care for my dog. I was so nervous. My dog can be a bit persnickety. I was waiting for a phone call that he wouldn’t come out of his kennel or had gone and hid somewhere and they couldn’t get him back in. He did great on the meet and greet, but you never know. I let out a sigh of relief when I got back after my late shift and my pup was in his kennel looking comfortable. He hadn’t used the potty pad in his kennel which makes me feel better. Then there was the note they left. I documented that he had gone potty outside, and allowed the person to pet him. Apparently he was well behaved! I will definitely use them in the near future. I’m so excited that I have someone to count on when life gets a little hectic.

I very seldom write reviews for Unilocal,but since using Out-​U-​Go I’ve been nothing but pleased. I use their service a lot and I find them very accommodating and responsive. I’d recommend them to anyone needing dog walking/​dog sitting.

OutUGo has the most wonderful customer service! Hadley does everything in her power to solve any problem and has gotten me out of a tight spot many times. I also love getting the notes they leave on their daily interactions with my kitty so I know how she did while I was gone! This service is a lifesaver if you don’t want to board your pet.

Extremely unaccommodating. Unwilling to work around schedule of pet owner, and work with apartment building entry. There are so many other dog walking services, I hope you use this as a last resort, if at all. Horrible.

I used Out-​U-​Go for the first time 10÷18−10÷21÷15 and I’m very pleased with the service. My cat Minnie was fed, her litter was scooped and she appears to be well taken care of while I was away. The daily notes left were a nice touch and I can tell the sitters spent a little time with her each day. At $ 25/​day the service is very reasonable and I will definitely use them whenever I head out of town!

Out-​U-​Go has been nothing short of incredible for us! We have 3 large Great Danes and a cat who mean the world to us and we wouldn’t trust their care to just anyone. But with Out-​U-​Go we couldn’t be happier or more comfortable!
From the professional home visit to set us up to the adorable and informative notes we find when we come home it is clear that really developing a relationship with us and our furry family members is top of mind. They listened clearly to all the little oddities we do for our pets and followed everything to the «t» and it has been obvious that we aren’t just another client… they really care about caring for our pets!
For dog walks or overnight pet care I would recommend no one else. Out-​U-​Go is about the closest thing I’ve ever seen to being at home and caring for my pets myself. 5 stars and all the kudos I can offer!

I was incredibly disappointed with this company. I wanted to like it given all the positive reviews but the first sign that it may not have been the best was that for the meet and greet, the dog walker does not come and only a manager. I chalked this up to time and organizational structure. That was fine and I was using them currently as a second-​walk while I work on my little girl’s comfort and confidence. Nonetheless, the failure of this manager to communicate vital information to the actual walker and the danger they presented to my dog is devastating.
I had explained and also written on my dog’s paperwork that she needed to be put back in her crate after her walk because of her separation anxiety and propensity to shred things, which is particularly concerning because she could choke on something. I also explained that the walker would need at least ten minutes to coax her in (not force her into) the crate using cheese (which was clearly not used as it was still in my fridge). I also explained many other details which seem to have gone ignored (including that she was a recent rescue dog and really needed this routine and security of the crate). Although the manager wrote down this information (it seemed), either she did not communicate it to the dog walker or the dog walker did not really care to do it. Either way, I came home to a frantic dog, who peed out of nervousness all over my carpet and shredded up several things that could have really hurt her (and would normally not be in her reach). I’m quite disappointed by the damage that their irresponsibility has caused in my dog right at the moment while I’m trying to work on her confidence after being rescued.
While the owner returned my call to let me know that they would investigate the situation and would take responsibility if it were somehow their fault, I will definitely not be using them again and believe it is necessary to warn other potential customers given how many positive reviews that they have. The warning is that they may not be caring for your pet that well. I am still awaiting the return of my keys (which I believe they will return today as I have demanded).
As icing on the cake, Dan just called me to inform me that they investigated and my dog somehow magically let herself out the crate. He also said that my dog went straight into her crate without the cheese. That would have only happened if they yelled at her and physically forced her in. I have a crate that she cannot get out of if it is secured properly. I have never dealt with a company so bad and dangerous to animals and disrespectful to people.

I thought this service was the cat’s meow, my dog loves her walkers and the walkers obviously love animals! But today they even upped their service by working in walks for dog with almost no lead time, when I came down with the flu. They covered me and I can’t say enough about the Denver OutUGo, ‘bless ‘em!!!

I’ll never use another service — Out U Go was amazing. It was such a joy to come back from my trip and read about the visits that the sitters had with my kitty. They were friendly and so caring. Highly recommended!

Out-​U-​Go! Allows me to leave my cat at home when I go out of town without having to worry. The caretakers are so reliable and communicative and have been from day one. Compared to similar services, I think that Out-​U-​Go! is comparable in price if not less, and 100% worth it! I love coming home to the notes the caretaker leaves after each visit, describing my cat’s mood and interactions with the sitter that day! Thank you Out-​U-​Go! We are loyal customers!!!

These guys are great. Very dependable. They also put up with my chihuahua, who is kind of a brat to everyone but me. Definitely recommend.

You will absolutely pay a pretty penny for the services provided by Out-​U-​Go, but it will be absolutely worth the money.
We have relied on these guys for last minute emergencies when neither my husband or I could get home and for longer trips and have always found our home and pets cared for beyond our expectations.

This place has been a godsend for me. I moved to CO with two goldens a year ago and it has been hard to find people able to watch them, and kenneling was not my preferred option. The process made me feel secure with the multiple meet and greets with Hadley, the manager, and Kelly the house sitter. It’s obvious they love animals. Kelly sent me updates of my animals and pictures which was nice to have when you’re 1,000 miles away. When I arrived back home the house was clean, the backyard was picked up, and the pups were healthy and happy! This service is amazing, and the peace of knowing that my animals were being cared for so completely is a feeling I haven’t had since leaving them with my own family! I will be using this service again, and hopefully Kelly is available for more puppy hang outs!

I am obsessed with my little dog (probably to an unhealthy degree) and am always nervous about being away from him. So needless to say, when ever I leave him in someone else’s care, I need a little handholding. Hadley and Out-​U-​Go have been awesome, not only in handholding, but also their meticulous attention to detail regarding food, treats, toys, etc. I also love the summary of the visit. (Whenever, I pick up my dog from doggie day care, I always ask how he did, and all I get is a «Fine» which drives me nuts!) Out-​U-​Go really cares about the animals they take care of, which makes me happy.

I started using Out-​U-​Go because I was traveling so much for work and it was becoming a little bit of a burden to ask my friends to come check in on my cat while I was gone for weeks at a time. It got really great reviews so I thought I would give them a shot. Hadley came to my apartment and met my cat and got all the details and I immediately felt comfortable. I also recently moved and it was not a problem at all for them to switch locations and still be very dependable. My cat is always happy and hasn’t destroyed anything when I get back. I can email them a few days in advance and they are always able to accommodate me.
The price is reasonable considering other services you could get. It might be a little more expensive then others in the area but it’s totally worth it.

Out-​U-​Go! was recommended to me by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with their services ever since!
I’ve used them for both dog walking and house sitting (over the last year or so).
Everyone has always been extremely helpful and friendly, and a few of those were last minute requests, all handled without a problem.
Additionally, with an older dog requiring special care, their attention to detail (and following up with me) has been appreciated. And it helped created a loyal customer. :)

After I had a one-​of-​a-​kind bad experience Dan, the owner, sought me out to make things right. He is very passionate about his company and went to every extent to make sure I was a happy customer. My dogs still love their walker Dave and I am a much happier client now. I give Out U Go 4 stars for their great customer service and awesome dog report cards!
Previous Review: My dogs love their dog walker Dave which is why I’m giving my review 2 stars. However they raise prices between 4pm-​10am and on the weekends. Why? I also asked about overnight dog sitting and they charge per walk, not a daily fee. So for a Saturday dog sitting I would’ve paid $ 27 a visit at 3 – 4 visits a day (why not hire a dog sitter for $ 35 – 50 a day). They are over priced!!!

My dogs’ Out U Go report cards are currently hanging on my refrigerator (you know, since I don’t have an honor roll student… or even a kid for that matter).
We’ve used Out U Go’s dog walking services on numerous occasions and would be quick to recommend them to anyone looking for someone to give their furry companions a little extra TLC and exercise. I’m admittedly a bit of a crazy dog lady, but I completely trust Out U Go. I love that if I’m going to be stuck in a meeting late or have a million things going on, I can call or email on short notice and line up a trusted dog walker to get my pups out of the house for a midday break. My dogs get treats, belly rubs, backyard playtime and a stroll around the neighborhood for a very reasonable price.

Out U Go is awesome.
First off, the price is a little higher then other dog walkers in the area. However, you get what you pay for. The service that Out U Go is impeccable and the employees are incredibly nice.
I have used Out U Go for a number of times. The experience has been great each time and I know my dogs are being well taken care of. The dog walker leaves a wonderful note each time and that always brings a smile to my face.
One experience stands out. I was leaving JFK and my flight was cancelled. I couldn’t get on another flight for another 24 hours. I was in a panic and called Out U Go last minute (6 hour last minute). Hannah, office manager, ensured me that my dogs would be taken care of and to not worry.
Incredible.

My friends (and fam) are tired of watching my gatos, I think. Not that there’s anything wrong with them, other than being needy, so it was time to call up the folks at Out U Go while I was in Chicago for a week. Talked to Top Dog Dan and he took all my new info, and I was surprised they still had all my old notes on file — ie. do the kids still like to be brushed, where are their treats kept, where are their toys, etc. We had a little crossing of wires on the dates I would be gone, I think due to my recent Unilocal-​induced onset of adult ADHD, so I ended up stopping by their storefront to drop off my new keys.
The also do in-​home cat sitting, if your animals are *über* needy. I’ve never used this particular service myself, but have a friend who has in the past. I’m impressed that they bring all their own stuff with them (trash bags for litter changing, even their own towels if they are staying overnight) and I appreciate their devotion to the little ones.
It’s great coming home to a stack of little daily notes, and if I were to improve on their service at all, it would be to get those updates either online or via email. Homesick moms sometimes want to know what’s been up while they’re away for long periods of time. Other than that, no complaints!
Note: They want 2 copies of your keys on file, so be sure you get those made and that they work!
