I went in to get some stuff for oil changes I ask for a little help and Frank I believe was his name was outstanding. He knew what to get me for my trailblazer and my mazda6. The guys there are incredibly helpful and kind two thumbs up. I know where I’ll be getting my stuff at from now on

We just broke down here in the parking lot right in front of Oreilly. My husband went in to see if we could borrow some jumper cables, and this guy in there with round glasses couldn’t have been more rude. He says we don’t loan cables! You can buy some. So we went across the street to ADVANCEDAUTOPARTS, where they not only loaned us cables, but gave us a ride to our car, but also loaned us tools to put our new battery in! Maybe Oreilly doesn’t like money or something?

I’ve always been a AutoZone fan, but O’Reilly’s has been a lifesaver throughout my car restoration. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They don’ talk down to you or acknowledge the fact that you have no idea what you’re talking about. A HUGE plus was tool rental… for FREE. It was nice to run by, pick up some torque sockets and ball joint pullers, and then return them without having to fork over crap-tons of money for a one-time-use tool.
