One Life Balance Natural Health Center

I have gone to one life balance a few times now and no question I will be returning… I see Kara for massage about every other week and it is divine!!! She is very respectful of what I need and want, and I walk away feeling unbelievably relaxed and revitalized. I have also seen Brittany for acupuncture because I get chronic migraines occasionally. I came into work and she was able to see me that day, while I HAD a migraine, how convenient is that?! We promptly went over what was going on with me so she knew where to focus our session on and then got strait to work. I was able to zone out for a bit (which I can never do while mid-​migraine.) It was fabulous! I was able to work the rest of the day comfortably and into my evening. I have also sent my boyfriend over to her since he has issue with his right hip/​lower back due to an old injury. Only one session with her and he was able to «walk» away which he wasn’t very capable of doing coming in… slowly walking with a stiff back. I cannot wait to return for my next session (s) at One Life!!!

What a great place to become a regular groupie! Massages are great no matter who you choose. You can’t go wrong with the messeuse. Try a facial! The esthetician is great and the products addicting as well as good for your skin. Treat yourself to better health

The first time I went to One Life Balance I saw the naturopath physician and over 3 months I lost 25 pounds! Unfortunately, that physician was overloaded with work and was not able to stay with One Life Balance. But lucky for me, an esthetician named Stasia came on board and after facials and using her amazing products, my face is visably so much smoother and healthier that I even went shopping last weekend with no makeup! I also saw Rachel for Acupuncture — my hip hurts so bad I couldn’t even do my evening run and after one visit with Rachel, it was gone! Stephanie and Kathryn, the massage therapists are amazing! Whatever ailment you might have, One Life Balance has answers for you!
