These gyros are so good. I have no idea what it was but it was just the right combination of delicious to make a perfect gyro. My only regret is not going back for dinner.

I first came across this food truck last year at Civic Center eats, and since then I have been hooked! With a simple menu consisting of Gyro Pita, Chicken Pita, Steak Pita and a Lamb Meatball Pita, Mythos has mastered the gyro style sandwich with their own special twist. I prefer the Steak Pita, which is served with their delicious tzatziki sauce, onions tomatoes and their special twist, FRENCHFRIES! With a couple squirts of Sriracha, this has become my go to lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Civic Center Eats. Don’t let the long lines deter you, it’s worth the wait!

I love greek food and recently i’ve gotten on a kick of gyro salads and this truck did not disappoint~! They pack a good amount of food into those little paper boxes, and it is delicous! Staff is friendly and the food comes out quick! And they take square for those days you forget to bring cash! Definitely a wonderful meal and I can’t wait to see them and enjoy another meal again!

I haven’t had a Gyro this good since I went to Greece a few years ago to travel. This was delicious! Onion, lamb, warm pita, tzatziki, tomato, and FRENCHFRIES! I love having fries in my Gyro. Super cool peeps in the truck too. I can’t wait to go back!

Wow. Such great Greek food! Had the daily special, the steak pita and it was like heaven in my hand. Hope to see them around town more, I’d love to try more of their delicious pitas and gyros.

Mythos Greek Food Truck, I heart you… Can you always promise me you be around for the long long run? Err, its more for my tummy that heart you coz of what you offered during our recent visit to you on September 13th2012 during the Civic Center Eats. I had the Yeero Lamb/Beef Pita($ 6.00). Yes, just the simple Yeero that was done right with flavors I am familiar with. Portion is reasonable for a $ 6 lunch, until now I craved for you, Mythos Greek Food Truck. The Lamb and Beef slices are cooked to prefection with good flavor, and with Greek Cheese and Fries all wrapped in the Pita Bread, what more can I ask. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! Smacking Delicious! John and The Mythos Greek Food Truck crew are always welcoming and invinting. I do hope they can have a storefront restaurant in the future. Meanwhile, hopefully to find you aka«stalked» you when you are in town… WooT! WooT! @131/2012

What I had? Pita Gyro with chicken Food review: So, I was really looking forward to going to this truck thinking that it was pretty good at the Westword Dish last year but couldn’t really remember exactly what was served there. Anyway, I went with the standard pita. First of all, I was a little disappointed that there was no lamb option for the gyro but whatever. So, went with the chicken. If I’m not mistaken, the other option was pork which after going to the Greek Festival this weekend, I probably should have gone with that option instead. Not sure it would have made too much of a difference though. It was just an OK gyro. Didn’t really have wow-ing flavors that pitas usually have. Perhaps it was lacking tzatziki sauce. Who knows? I wasn’t all that impressed. Service? No complaints

How does Mythos not have any reviews yet? I see them constantly. Well I finally got to try them at Civic Center Eats and the food was really tasty. I love love love Greek food and am very happy that they are here in the Denver Metro. I got the greek salad that had some wonderfully seasoned chicken added on to it. My only gripe is that I ordered a side of tzatziki because I put that on practically everything and when I got to sit down and eat it it was frozen solid. Lonely pita bread. I will definitely give them another try though, because their gyros look amazing!
