Mile High Pipe & Tobacco

Every item I have purchased from them has been a flat out scam. Bought a dab rig from them and every piece had damage on it that wasn’t visible when I bought it. Bong had a hairline crack in the base. Down stem had a hairline crack on the top. The top of the reclaim unit was totally busted, I never saw it because the guy kept the nail on the top the entire transaction. The nail didn’t even fit properly, apparently I should I have sat there and wiggled it around to double check even though the guy spent 10 minutes finding the right sized one. I was sold a torch that stopped working after a month, there isn’t even a brand name on it to look it up. I was sold a dabber that I was told would be good for shatter but it’s cheaply made and basically shoots the dab across the room if you put a gram of pressure in the wrong direction.

Made my 2^nd visit today. First one was not the best, but gave them another shot. Never again. They advertise all these deals (Buy one get one 50% off, 20% off with your red card), but when almost everything in the store is 50%-100% MORE EXPENSIVE than the better shops in town, the deals are just an illusion.
Not to mention the guy working today was a complete dick. Came up to us finally after 10 minutes (we were the only ones in there), and I mentioned that everything was a little expensive. Instead of asking me what I was looking to spend, what I was looking to buy, etc. and try to help… he walked away. Just walked away, then didn’t say anything when we left shortly after. I refuse to be treated like shit by your incompetent, self-​centered employees when there are places like Heads of State where you get treated right.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!
Update: They argued with me on facebook and flat out refused to address the issue with the guy that was working there today. They then deleted my comments on my own review. Very deceptive and unprofessional!

Only been here once.
Came in for hookah shisha and coals. They had what I needed. Friendly staff, clean store, no problems.
I’d def come back if I’m in downtown again and in need of supplies.
