Midland Lofts

Having lived in this building for over three years, I have almost only great things to say about it. Highlights from the point of view of a tenant are that the maintenance staff is always on top of cleaning issues and it’s a rare instance for a common area to be «dirty» for any amount of time, building management is quick to respond to issues brought to him through our individual landlord and in general, fellow tenants are quiet, respectful, and courteous. On the negative side, residents who live in one bedroom units that are not deeded with an on-​site parking space find it inconvenient to park and most importantly, the building does not offer recycling despite requests for its tenants which I find despicable.
