McDonald’s

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The last 3 visits my fries were cold, my hamburgers were vold, today the chicken mcnuggets you guessed it cold. They let the food set until it's sold. I AM DONE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. ITS DISGUSTING.

Stopped on the way home from work ordered a big mac got home jumped right back in my car to take and get my money back rock hard bun old lettuce made like shit never comin back here

Waited at the box for 20 minutes. Guy came on twice to ask us to wait in the first few minutes, never heard from him again. Asked the box repeatedly if I was supposed to keep waiting. Seven other cars left in that 20 minutes. The guy behind me asked me to pull up so he could leave.
One car peeled away angrily as I pulled up so I kind of knew what I was in for. I’d be mad if it wasn’t so bad it was funny. Never placed my order, went to Applebee’s.
People were circling around the building the whole time too. I think they might have been asked to pull around and wait for someone to bring them their order but no one ever came. That’s just speculation though.
Anyway, the moral of the story is, Applebee’s is open late.

I stop here almost every morning on my way to work to grab a drink or a sandwich. Even when the drive-​thru line is long they are still super fast and always accurate. I have never had a problem, always get exactly what I ask for down to the correct # of condiments (yes I ask for a particular amount of them!) and extra napkins. The cashiers are friendly and everyone works together to get the job done. Someone in management is doing something right at this store and it shows!

Came in for breakfast a simple combo meal 14 minutes from order time to getting my combo meal. The sausage McMuffin with soggy the orange juice was only filled halfway up and the hashbrowns was dripping of grease all over the napkins in the bag. I went to my table and sat down and simply asked if I could have another hashbrown for it’s stuck to the napkin. The manager on duty said it would be just a moment they’ve got to cook some more in another 11 minutes went by. A young lady in a blue shirt asked me what I was waiting for and I tried to tell her my story about what was happening she did not speak much English. Another Young man asked me what do I need and I replied I’m just waiting for another hashbrowns and he asked to see my receipt and he would get me one I didn’t have a receipt and told him the story. This kid then walked away and I did not see him again. There was a very thin Hispanic well-​dressed young man who kept answering the phone. I asked if he was the manager here he shook his head no and walked away. After eating this really terrible meal the guy in the green shirt came up to me and gave me a hash brown and that was semi-​warm. He stated he was the manager and I replied this McDonald’s has a very piss poor management team because there were long lines soggy food and a lot more people complaining inside the store. Again he said sorry for your inconvenience and walked away.
So I want to let everybody know there is a sonic hamburger joint down the way in the 7-​Eleven across the street if you get hungry I recommend those two places stay away from this McDonald’s.

1am. Nothing else open.
No ice cream or shakes.
Cash register doesn’t work.
Wrong order.
Wrong change back.
Extra extra extra salt on the fries.
Fries are soggy.
Soda is mostly carbonated water.

Horrible customer service… Order is wrong every time !!! Incompetent at taking, bagging and, completing orders. How hard is it to give napkins and a straw out? Then cash only sometimes, that’s really nice late at night. Wouldn’t surprise me if they were just pocketing the money. Apparently knowing how to read is not needed to work here.

Every. Single. Time. They mess up the order. Even if I only order 1 or 2 items, they somehow get it wrong. I order oatmeal they don’t give me a spoon, I say no mayonnaise and its slathered in mayonnaise, drinks have no straws, items somehow get completely forgotten. These are just a few out of a very long list of problems. It doesn’t matter what time I go or who is working inside or how many cars are in the drive through, they mess up every freakin time. It’s actually kind of funny now. The only reason I even go here anymore is because of how close it it.
