Mavrick Studio Salon specializes in chemical-​free professional haircolor using Organic Color Systems. 100% ammonia free, bleach free, paraben and sulfate free products leave your hair soft, healthy and shiny. All products used are vegan and cruelty free as well so you can feel good about what you are using on your hair.

History

Established in 2008.

After 4 years in the industry Becky earned the title Lead Stylist in 2 of the top salons in Denver. In October 2008 Becky branched out on her own and opened Mavrick Studio Salon, to the delight of her clientele. Her private studio space gives clients the ideal environment away from the chaos of big salons. Clients appreciate her affordable prices for high style hair. Her down to earth attitude makes you enjoy sitting in her chair, and you’ll simply love your hair when you leave.

Business Owner

Becky Mavrick, a Chicago native, signed with Ford Models at 17 years old and spent the next 9 years working as a professional model in Chicago and Miami. She has numerous editorial, catalogue, commercial and TV credits to her name, including Target, Kohl’s, Sears, Sprite, Brite Smile, Anna Sui, Saks, Nordstrom and HBO.

In 2004 Becky moved to the other side of the camera. She graduated from cosmetology school, moved to Denver and entered the salon world. She completed two years of intensive training at one of the top salons in Denver and was hand picked by nationally recognized stylist, Matthew Morris, to be one of only three opening staff members of the Matthew Morris Salon.

October 2008 Becky branched out on her own and opened Mavrick Studio Salon to the delight of her clients. The private, comfortable environment helps clients relax and Becky’s years of training and expertise lets you know you are in capable, professional hands. You will leave loving your hair.

I love Becky! My hair girl from now on! I received a hideous, not what I asked for extremely short, shapeless bob hair cut from a different salon. I was mortified! I found Becky, easily got in for a hair extension consultation and 6 days later I had the most beautiful hair, brought tears to my eyes! I felt her prices were extremely reasonable. My hair has never looked so good! I don’t write many reviews but her talent needs to be recognized!!!

It is rare to find a stylist as patient and talented as Becky Mavrick. She is truly a magician that spins straw into gold. I visited her studio in Salon 17 yesterday and was delighted with the results. The salon is in a wonderful location with ample parking. It has a down to earth, authentic vibe that makes one feel at home. Becky is a jewel! She thoughtfully listened to what I wanted when I first consulted with her, and yesterday, she made it happen. With a deft hand, she transformed my frizzy summer bleached mop into a shiny, sophisticated caramel colored dream. I also love my cut. She uses top of the line organic color and styling products that actually heal over-​processed hair. I went in with a one note color, and left with multidimensional shiny tresses. I’m so grateful. My favorite thing about the experience is Becky’s positive energy. I enjoyed listening to her describe her plans for my hair because I could tell that she loves what she does. It definitely shows up on my hair! I feel like with Becky, you get the quality of a top New York salon, only better — because Salon Mavrick is unique, relaxed, and much more fun. She has even cut my Husband and Son’s hair. When it comes to hair, Becky Mavrick is heads above the rest. I recommend her to anyone who wants to look gorgeous. I can’t wait to book my next appointment.
