I have returned 4 – 5 times since the wedding to have my hair cut/​colored by Ever. Ever is a genius when it comes to color! I love her work with my hair; the balayage is always blended in very well! I always end up getting compliments after a session with Ever.
I decided to chop off all my hair after the wedding and Ever went at it with a razor, which ended up with lots of blunt/​shaggy edges, which is exactly the look i was going for! The next time, i asked for an asymmetrical bob and again, she nailed it :) Love Ever so much!

Suzanne is by far the best hair stylist I’ve had! I went in for a color correction, highlights, and a hair cut. The atmosphere is great too!

I moved to Denver over a year ago, and I finally found a fabulous salon. Seriously, I went to four other places before I discovered Suzanne Hepola at Matthew Morris. Suzanne solved the severe disaster imposed upon me by the last stylist at a place in DTC. She color corrected my purple mess and transformed my look into amazing. I haven’t had such a great cut and color since I lived in NY many years ago and saw a very fancy stylist in Manhattan.

I was skeptical to go to a Salon at first. My stylist was Bri. I made some recommendations of how I got my haircut in the past. She advised a few changes, and I agreed. While cutting my hair she had a great personality, and made me laugh. I couldn’t have been happier with the end results. My hair had never looked better. After I started going to Bri, I got a girlfriend and a raise at work. Now, I know she didn’t contribute directly to these things, but, you know what they say, if you look good you play good. Thanks for everything Bri and Matthew Morris Salon. OH, and they give you beer while you wait.

Suzanne was fabulous! I had some chunky highlights that I wasn’t thrilled about, and she transformed my hair into a chocolate-​y balyage dream! I left with the softest, healthiest hair, thanks to Suzanne’s touch and Olaplex. She gave me product recommendations, but was not pushy at all. The location is great with free parking. They offer champagne which is definitely a perk. I will definitely be coming back to see Suzanne… her work is phenomenal! Spend a little extra money for the quality you’ll receive.

I have been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed. My hairstylist Chrissy is absolutely amazing. All I have to do is show up and she makes me look fantastic every time. The staff is very kind and always helpful. I have referred friends and now they are hooked! Thank you Chrissy and Matthew Morris for keeping me looking great!

I’ve stopped coming to this salon. Not because the highlights I get aren’t fabulous because they are. However, I am sick and tired of having their assistants constantly trying to pawn off expensive hair conditioning treatments when I’m there. the 170 $ I’m spending on a highlight is clearly not enough so lets add another $ 70 to the total. Of course they always start off their sales pitch of how *EVERYONE* does it and *EVERYONE* loves it. I’ve now found someone local who does just as good of a job and doesn’t try to pawn off expensive treatments on me. Seriously. greed will be your downfall in the end.

Brooke is THE BEST! I have been going to her for 5 years since I moved to Denver. She does AMAZING color and I always love my cut. This place is the most professional, fun, high-​quality salon in Denver.

This place is beautiful! The salon is clean and the staff is professional. I recently got my eyebrows shaped by Natalie. Her attention to detail is remarkable. I’ve always been extremely picky about my eyebrows and Natalie exceeded my expectations and gave me the best eyebrows of my life. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, which you don’t find at every salon. Brittany was warm and welcoming and very attentive. She got me tea and created a welcoming environment while I waited. I will definitely be going back here!

I’ve never had as many compliments on my hair as I do after I get my hair done at Matthew Morris. It’s been almost 4 months since Amber did a balayage color on my hair and it still looks so great. The folks that work there are professional, the salon itself is always so clean, and it’s easy to get an appointment if you plan ahead (this isn’t a last minute, walk-​in kind of place). Considering the quality of their work, the prices are completely reasonable. I can’t wait to go back and get my hair done by Amber again!

I recently moved to Denver and have been looking for a fantastic stylist. My search is over! I found a picture online and come to find out Danni the stylist was near me! She was pretty booked but I got in on a last minute cancellation. I enjoyed every second with her!
Danni has wonderful energy and I could tell she was very confident in her work. She took her time and really listened to what I wanted. I am very pleased with my hair. She is fantastic with color and a huge asset to this salon. The salon was big and spacious (very restoration hardware type of feel! They offer beverages and everyone seemed pretty upbeat. They also have plenty of parking which is a must in Denver! Thanks so much Danni! You made my day and I will return in a few months :-)

I had never colored my hair before so I was a bit nervous to try it out but wanted to pull the trigger on it at a great salon. They matched me with the perfect color at MM and I absolutely love it! The cut was great too, though they could have taken a bit more off the top layers and made them shorter (for whatever reason most hairstylists won’t do this for me).
Suzanne had so many tips for me to keep my color infused, to keep it conditioned and not as oily on top. They set me up with a few products, gave me tea and champagne for my cut, and massaged my head after the shampoo. They really treat you well here.
The studio itself is super hip from top to bottom, the people who work there could have come straight from LA. They work with all the major modeling agencies in Denver.
This is definitely my new Denver resident salon.

Danni Danni Danni!!! I’m sitting here in MM parking lot and have to write this review right away.
Living in between both places, Cali and Denver, I am extremely picky when it comes to hair. (To me, hair, skin and teeth are the most important lol.). I only had, and thought I would for the rest of my life, my hair done in Cali. But it’s getting tiring to fly back and forth. I decided to find someone here in Denver who I can trust with my hair.
And I found Danni. Super friendly and approachable. She walked me through each step and let me know how my hair would look like in the end. My hair turned out to be better than I thought. have already booked my next appointment with her!
Love the salon atmosphere. Beautiful decorations. You can tell the owner has good taste.
It was super hard for me to find a good hair stylist and when I find one, I stick with that person… Of course until the next time I move.

Sorry one star. Horrible service. I remember seeing Matthew back in the Planet Laboratory days. I then moved to San Francisco so I stopped seeing him. I am extremely picky about my hair cut and color. I don’t mind waiting to get in and don’t mind paying for a great colorist/​stylist. When I moved back I thought I would go back to Matthew Morris and see if it was still a good fit.
I called to see if I could get an appointment with Matthew. The receptionist asked if I was a client of his and I told her that I was at Planet Laboratory. She responded with «Ok let me see if he rembers you while I put you on hold» Que AWKARD MOMENT. She got back on the on the line and told me he doesn’t remember me and that she would have to call me back to see if she could put me on a waiting list or something for several month out.
Maybe one of the worst faux pax. Am I miffed that he doesn’t remember me, not really I didn’t expect him to as I’m sure he has seen thousands and thousands of faces over his career. But find a more tactful way of dealing with it, she could of recommended another stylist perhaps and I would have given them my business still. Instead I got on Unilocal and immediately found another stylist whom I love. Thankfully with Denver’s growth there is a lot of talent to chose from. Bottom line I’ve worked in spa’s for over a decade. Business tip # 1 you should probably try not to insult the clients.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Kelby for nearly 2 years. My hair looks better and better after each visit!
The salon has such a cool and innovative atmosphere. Each visit I am offered anything from water to champagne.
Aside from the services, the salon hosts hair shows and other events for charitable causes that are both worthy and a blast. I will continue to go here as long as I live in Denver.

I have been going to Amy Kimmig-​Carey for skincare for over 9 years and would highly recommend her. She is amazing at what shes does and takes her time to work with you — you always feel like a priority! For the level of service and professionalism she provides, her prices are reasonable. I would never go to anyone else!!!

If you have eyebrows and if you want to show your eyebrows the love and respect that they deserve, may I suggest you get your sexy self over to Mathew Morris Salon and park yourself in Renea Rios chair! To say she is an artist seems like an understatement. To say she is a eyebrow magician seems more appropriate but still doesn’t drive home the point that she is absolutely without a doubt an EYEBROW MASTER!
How do I know this? Because I have spent the better part of my adult life getting my eyebrows done at any nail salon that charged $ 10 or less and it showed! Some would call me cheap, I prefer the word frugal but at the end of the day my eyebrows looked like crap and I was still out $ 10 plus tip. I decided to give Renea a try and WOW just wow, they look so good that I am only putting photos of my eyebrows on my ok cupid profile page. Now the next time you see me you are going to look at my brows and that’s totally cool but keep in mind that eyebrows are a work in progress and like any good work in progress they take time to grow and shape especially if you have treated them like crap for the better part of 30 years! So don’t just crowd my brows the next time you see me because you know there is more to me than just my soon to be gorgeous eyebrows!
I promise that once you let Renea touch your eyebrows you will NEVER let them be fondled by anyone else.

If you were ever thinking about getting lash extensions DO IT! Abby Sturgess is the lady to see! The first time I got them done it was a little strange, having to lay there with your eyes closed and you can’t open them till she’s done. But HOLY CRAP it’s so worth it! They are absolutely gorgeous & feel like a part of my natural face now.
With my extensions getting ready in the morning takes less than half the time it took before! I used to have to spend so much money on the mascara I used to get a long lash look (& I had to use 9 different types of mascara). I wake up in the morning and already look like I got ready it’s awesome.
Abby is super friendly and easy to talk to! Love this chick, love her extensions, GO GET SOME! You so will not regret it!!!
