Kate focuses in combining elements of deep tissue, craniosacral, myofascial release depending on the clients needs and state of mind. Her massage is not simply a way to de-​stress but a way to reconnect with yourself and acknowledge how hard your body works for you every day.

Established in 2010.

Massage by Kate is located in the C.A.M Health Center in Denver. The C.A.M. Center is a health co-​op with some of Denver’s best health practitioners. Kate has been practicing there since 2010 and thoroughly enjoys the atmosphere and healing that occurs at C.A.M.

Kate has been practicing massage since 2006 when she graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. Her life’s adventure since then has been both receiving and providing bodywork. Her love of massage has given her a keen ability to read people physically, mentally and emotionally. She has learned craniosacral, myofasical and Thai massage throughout the years.
