We produce our pops right here in Denver, Colorado in a locally owned commercial kitchen. Lix Stix are inspired by our «foodie» friends as well as by organic and sustainable ingredients sourced locally whenever possible and prudent. Our small batch recipes are made with peak season ingredients, which will tantalize your tongue year round!

Established in 2012.

Our unique popsicles are inspired by our travels, from our foodie friends, cooking shows, cocktails and bouts of insomnia!

I had the fortune to sample Lix Stix at the Cirque du Unilocal event. The strawberry basil balsamic was especially delicious and the peach bourbon was excellent as well. Service was friendly and there were several other tempting flavours that I would like to try. I’ll be seeking them out. If you would like a cool treat in a unique flavour, I recommend you give this place a try.

Delicious! My first encounter was at the Cirque du Unilocal just last week, and you know it’s a good sign if the line at the event for an Ice Pop is longer than the line for free beer! It was worth the wait. I was able to try the Chocolate Salt and it was creamy, rich in flavor and overall hit the spot! I got the chance to try a Mango and Peaches and Cream (I believe) and both were exceptional with rich flavor. I wanted to go back for more, since I had to sample the flavors by stealing my friends Ice Pops, we were arguing over who would get which one! I like that they have such a bold variety of flavors and look forward to my next ice pop, they make summertime that much better!

Tried these at the Cirque du Unilocal.The triple berry was sweet and fruity without being too overwhelmingly sugary. It did, however, taste an awful lot like lightly flavored water… not quite the fix I was hoping for.

Pheeeeenomenal. I tried these at Cirque du Unilocal,and the Strawberry Basil Balsamic tastes exactly like all the best parts of a salad, but dessert! (I swear, that’s a wonderful thing.)

I had the pleasure of tasting Lix Stix at a recent dinner party in Broomfield. We sampled about 10 flavors, all of which were flavorful, but the Apricot Salty Caramel and the Chocolate Sea Salt were absolutely roll-​your-​eyes-​back-​in-​your-​head to die for. Or to live for; either way, they were AMAZING! I highly recommend finding that red bike and buying a couple dozen for your freezer!
