If Unilocal would allow me to, id put zero stars. This used to be the only asian cuisine restaurant I’d order from because it had the most decent asian cuisine in denver that ive found. I ordered lunch today at 10:15am, pad thai and some steamed dumplings. For such a small order they said maybe 30 min to 40. I’ve never had bad service with them before. But today it took them an hour and a half to deliver my food. The pad thai was also the worst pad thai I’ve had in my fuckin life. Which is weird because I’ve ordered it from here before. It was maybe warm when it got here, soggy noodles, the tofu was shriveled with a texture that of a days old and reheated and soaked in grease. The bean sprouts were non existent and there was maybe two pieces of scrambled eggs and scallions. A tiny sprinkle of peanuts on top, with an old lime on the side. I had to be somewhere at 12 so by the time my food got here at 11:35pm I just had enough time to eat a bite of a long waited and shitty lunch. I’m never going to order from here again. Its a shame. Does anyone have suggestions for a new restaurant I can try?

My husband and I tried Li’s for the first time a few months ago after wanting to have another Chinese place in our takeout list. Li’s did not disappoint. The food is fantastic(we eat here close to weekly), they always deliver on time or earlier than estimated, portions are large so we can usually extend it into 2 — 3 meals, you can order online, and they always manage to come to the right door at our house(it’s not unusual for delivery drivers to go to our other door even when we note in the special comments where to go). As for dishes, our favorite hands down is the chicken fried rice. I can’t describe what it is about it but they just«make it right.» The Panang curry, peanut sauce curry, pad se-lew, hot and sour soup, egg rolls, and wontons are all great. Great place overall — would definitely recommend.

Came here for lunch. Had the green curry with brown rice. Cooked perfectly. Spicy, yet delicate flavored at a reasonable price!

Just moved here and took a shot at this place for delivery based on reviews. They were right. Best chinese I’ve had and fast delivery on top of that. I ordered the pad Thai as recommended and wow it’s good. And yes they give you a ton! My go to Chinese place!

We have ordered take out from here a few times now and have been pretty happy. The portion sizes are large and always arrives hot. We really enjoy the Chinese hot and sour soup, drunken noodles and curries! Can’t complain when you have a craving and it’s brought right to your door!

I am a HUGE chinese food addict, really. I have tried 8 places in 3 weeks since moving to Denver and have had such a hard time finding a good one. I ordered food from here for delivery around 6pm. Food didn’t come until EIGHT. After calling twice and the woman telling me «they’re on the way,» they clearly weren’t. Also, specifically asked the guy to come through the door and up to my apartment room(I’ve read a lot of other reviews saying they really stink with this — and they do.) He told me the door was locked — which just so happened to NOT be locked when I went down. Any who — the reason I gave it 3 is cause the food was actually pretty good, and I know it would’ve been better if it wasn’t sitting around and soggy for 2 hours. Probably the best wontons I’ve had so far and the chicken had pretty good flavor. I may try this place again, but never for delivery again.

Best Asian delivery I’ve had in my neighborhood so far. We ordered the sesame chicken, tofu lo mein, wontons and the crispy spring rolls– which were some of the best I’ve had in Denver. Also delivery was quicker than time estimated, which always makes us happy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting good, Chinese delivery.

Went there for lunch with some friend, this was a nice find. It’s in a strip mall across from the King Soopers there sandwiched in between the e-cig store and head shop. The place is small, but clean. There are plenty of menu items and each one we had was great. I had the hot and sour soup and they brought noodles for it, I didn’t have to ask. Tea was flavorful as was the kung pao chicken. The lunch portions were abundant and the service was pretty good. Prices were very affordable too. I will definitely go back

General Tso’s Chicken was bland and breading was soggy. The Tropical Curry dish was ok, but had very little chicken. The Thai Tea was good. Mochi ice cream was tasty, but one of them had a small piece of a plastic wrapper that ended up having to spit out. As for the delivery, the driver called ahead and asked me to come downstairs and meet him in the street since he was very busy and running behind. Unlikely that I’ll be ordering from here again.

Also pleasantly surprised. :-) Fast and free delivery. Great food at the price. Recommend the crab cheese wontons, peanut sauce curry with tofu, and wonton soup.

Every time I order Chinese take out I order it from here. I get the drunken noodles and my boyfriend gets the general tso. They are fast! They won’t come up to your apartment, but oh well.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Tucked away in a little strip mall, I let my first impressions get the best of me for awhile before finally stopping in. I’m a picky Chinese food eater, and have come to find that the large majority of places in town all taste the same, all look alike, and are all basically the same low-quality food. MSG galore sort of thing. Li’s was different. The food was flavorful, and not just MSG-covered slop. I loved their fried rice, and their noodles were great. The staff was polite and quick, and I was able to sit and drink my beer while I waited in peace while reading for 15 minutes. Will be back, I liked it quite a bit.

My go-to delivery Chinese place. The food always comes in 20 – 30 minutes, hot and with smiles. Solid choices include the crab wontons, drunken noodles, classic american sesame chicken and yaki udon. Phở is ok, but not amazing. Exactly what you would expect and want from Chinese delivery. Not highbrow, just right.

I have ordered from Li’s several times, but recently made the decision to stop. Their food is decent Chinese, and I will not knock them for that. My orders going elsewhere is due to delivery issues. Language barriers are a sensitive subject. I would not fault anyone for having issues with English being their second language, but the last two times I’ve ordered from here their delivery drivers speak so little English it completely hinders the delivery process. We live in a building that is pretty large, but are on the first floor. Because of this anytime we get deliveries we just instruct the drivers to keep driving around the road(it just runs in a circle around the building), let them know what color shirt we are wearing, and wait on the curb until they reach us. We’ve never had issues with it. The last two times the drivers from Li’s, when given instructions, would say«Okay, Okay!» and hang up, and then just never drive around the building, requiring me to call back several times and try and explain again. The last time was especially frustrating, with the driver continuously ignoring my calls, hanging up on me, and having to tell me he doesn’t speak English when I ask him to keep driving. The issue was ultimately resolved with the driver 3 way calling someone else from the restaurant so I could explain to drive around the building and she could translate for the driver. When I met the driver he was the sweetest, nicest and permanently smiled man that made me instantly love him. That’s why it’s hard to write a review like this, as well. Nicest people but it is really difficult to communicate with such a strong language barrier to the point where you aren’t understood at all. If you are going out I would definitely recommend going in, but if you live in a delivery spot that might be a little tricky I would maybe call and explain the directions to someone on the phone so they can be translated before the driver takes off.

I ordered delivery for the 4th time, and for the first time ever requested that they deliver to my door instead of at the front of the building complex. I even called ahead to make sure they would be okay with this, because of my bad ankle sprain. The man who answered the phone said«no problem!» and I gave him very specific instructions on how to get into the building, which elevator to take, and where to find my apartment.(It’s not that hard but I was trying to avoid any issues.) Instead, he calls me to tell me that I must not know where I live, then hangs up on me. When I call back to see if he needs help finding my place, he again hangs up. He showed up at my door 15 minutes later and yelled at me in a language I don’t understand. NEVER ordering delivery from them again. Your food isn’t good enough for you to have such crappy delivery service.

I’ve been here for take-out, as well as ordered delivery via GrubHub multiple times. Initially, delivery was awesome. They would arrive far before anyone would expect delivery to show up! It was great! Cheap, decent, fast, hot upon arrival. Love that. The last two times I’ve ordered through GrubHub, they delivered over 15 minutes after the latest estimate of the delivery window. I’ve had to call to make sure they actually got my order, and 10 – 15 later, my meal shows up. Kind of annoying. The spiciness has been inconsistent as well. Mild on one night is no where near mild another night. But that sort of inconsistency is pretty consistent with restaurants like Li’s. I might give them one more shot – kinda feels like new management maybe? But I’m getting frustrated, and Hoong’s is suuuuper on it with their delivery, and quite tasty too… So why bother with a maybe.

If I could go no stars I would. Worst Chinese food I’ve had in Denver. Ever. And I meant that. I won’t ever order from this place again. The best part about the meal was the free soda. The chicken is soggy and bland. Absolutely no taste. So bad that I am throwing my leftovers away. Not worth eating again. Don’t think I could stomach it. Can’t believe I took as many bites of this as I did. I now feel like crap. Please do yourself the favor and don’t order from this place. I wish I could get a refund for the«chicken» I just ate. $ 20.00 down the drain I guess. Great Wall is 100 times better and that’s saying something. So if you like nasty bland food. This is your spot. If you like decent to good Chinese food you will order elsewhere. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Wish I could have my money and time back for even ordering here. YYYYYUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK

Very disappointing. I ordered hot & sour soup, which(my fault) turned out to be nothing like I expected. Then I had General Tao’s Chicken. Not spicy, too saucy and had very little vegetable accoutrement to it – and even that was undercooked. Good thing I’m starving.
