Michael Fossenier is a native of Colorado and has more than 24 years practicing law. After 15 years as a defense attorney, 6 of those as Senior Trial Attorney for one of the country’s largest insurance companies, Mike decided to change his practice and use his many years of defense experience for the benefit of injured people, in order to protect and defend the rights of the auto accident and other injured victims he represents.

In addition to his rich background, Mike brings empathy and a fighting spirit to every case he tries. He prides himself on a very personal approach to each of his cases, with an understanding of his personal injury clients’ concerns and needs.
