Lash

I have mixed feelings about Lash. I’ve been getting my lashes done for 3+ years in San Francisco and recently moved to Denver. Lash was a convenient option for me as it is a 15min walk from my house and has a solid 5 star review.
1^st Visit — I came to get my lashes filled (they were previously done in San Francisco). The studio is small and everyone is very friendly and I felt welcomed. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed having beats headphones to help me relax. I did not particular like that the beds were so close together and the technicians kept chatting with each other and that other clients are getting services right next to you, but it is something I can live with especially with the headphones on. So, it turned out that my lashes were damaged from years of getting lashes and because the lashes being used on my natural lashes were too heavy and caused breakage. After about 20 minutes of applying new lashes, my technician informed me that she didn’t feel comfortable giving me a full service and recommended I remove all my lashes and get a serum to help bring them back to strength. I appreciated the feedback and agreed to follow her recommendations. She ended up charging me for lash removal ($ 50), but said that it would be credited towards my next full set service. I thanked her, tipped her and even purchased a serum that they sold and ended up paying around $ 100.
2^nd Visit — I returned 3 months later and got a full set with another technician. Again, everyone is very nice and created a friendly environment. Before my appointment, I called to make sure I could use my $ 50 credit. I was told that policy had changed and she wasn’t sure but they would probably honor it. When I came in, I asked again and the lady once again said she wasn’t sure but that she would check with the owner during my service — i was fine with that. It took 2 hours… the longest I’ve ever been in a full lash appointment. Even though I had headphones on, I could hear my technician talking to a colleague asking her if the lashes looked even to her. She also didn’t work constantly and kept stopping. I didn’t love this, but again, I was okay with it. When I was finally done, I liked my lashes but didn’t love them. They were a little longer and not as natural looking as I would’ve liked, but I thought maybe I’d get used to it and I’ll give it a try. The right side was also a little fuller than the left, but it wasn’t to the point where I needed to have her put more on the left side. When I was ready to pay, my technician had forgotten to ask the owner, again, not that big of a deal. She came back to me and said that the owner said no and that they never had that policy and it was more of a «he said/​she said» deal… so I did not get the $ 50 credit towards my new full set. I was a little disappointed to say the least, but thanked her, paid the full price and tipped her. Surprisingly, I decided to come back.
3^rd Visit — I came to get a fill 16 days after I got my full set. Note that for the past 3 years, I have gotten a 45 – 60 minute fill in San Francisco every 3 – 4 weeks. Over the phone, they kept telling me that I needed a 90 minute appointment. I told them I only wanted 60 and they insisted and said they could only book me a 90 minute appointment and if they felt I only needed 60 I could go home early. I still don’t undertsand why they kept pushing me to get 90 minutes when I only wanted 60, but i eventually agreed. So, I called in day of at 3:30PM, about 1.5 hours before I wanted to come in, as I saw there were openings online. They said they could take me at 5PM and I thanked them. At about 4:30 — 4:45 they called and told me their technician wouldn’t be done until 5:30/6 and asked if I could come in then. They said they were trying to have someone come in at 5, but it wasn’t for certain yet. I told them that 5:30/6 was too late and they said they wanted to make it work and asked if they could find someone at 5 would I still be interested in coming in. This was fine with me because I know that I made a last minute appointment so I completely understood. Since I was already in the area, I told them I would hang around the area and that if they could let me know within 15 – 20 minutes (because it would be 5 by that time) I would go in. They told me that they would call me back within 15 – 20 minutes and let me know if someone was coming in or not. I was only in the area because I had scheduled an appoint and sat around for 20 minutes until 5:05 — NOBODY called me. 20 minutes isn’t too long to wait around, but I am glad I didn’t wait any longer because they never bothered to call me.
Anyways, I will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s too bad because for some dumb reason I would’ve continued to take my business there even with all the «not so great» experiences if they had only called me back and informed me that they didn’t have availability for me.

Adorable and comfortable lash studio with a very talented staff! This studio is SOOO spa like. I love how they treat their clients. It’s a nice little getaway in the heart of Downtown Denver. I love it!

I am so incredibly happy with my lashes. But more importantly, Lash provides THE best experience while you are getting serviced. I have had lashes for over 6 months now and have gone to a few different places. Lash is definitely one of a kind. The ‘lash ladies’ are incredibly gentle on your eyes. They give you noise canceling head phones, lip balm and these cooling under eye masks while you’re getting your service. I fell asleep last time I got my lashed done because their tables are so comfortable. Plus you get a complimentary brow tint or eyebrow wax with your service. The pricing is very comparable as well with all that you receive. Clearly, I love Lash. :)

Wow. I just moved from Dallas and was looking for an «xtreme lash» studio and I was not let down. I did research on a lot of qualified studios and they all seemed to charged «per week» on the refills which I thought was insane so I took a leap and tried out Lash… Logan was amazing and so sweet and gentle. She made my experience worth while and I am def a return customer. I also like my lashes more thick and longer then the «natural» look and she was quick enough to give me what I was expecting. Not disappointed and completely recommend this place. The beds are soooo comfortable and they offer headphones too. I felt like I was in a spa. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

This little gem was amazing. It’s downstairs in Larimer Square area. I was greeted and filled out a short iPad intro for Lash. Then I got a complimentary glass of white wine, a piece of chocolate, some cozy warm socks, and a warm neck wrap. I snuggled down in the bed for my extension placement and setup the Bob Marley station on the iPod with nice Bose headphones. I also was given a hot water bottle which I kept my cold hands under. Jessica began with the included eyebrow wax (they look great). She also put some lip balm on me, which I was grateful for since I forgot my chapstick. After grooming up my brows, she placed the under-​eye stickers and got to work on the eyelashes. Jessica has a very light and gentle touch. I almost fell asleep towards the end and did NOT want to get out of that bed. I was so relaxed. She handed me a mirror and I was extremely impressed with her work. I also purchased the brand’s eyeliner and eye makeup remover for my fabulous new lashes. The whole experience was comforting and relaxing. AND my lashes look amazingly natural, dark, long, and comfortable on my eyes. I will be going back regularly to Jessica. I agree with the pricing for the time and effort put into my lashes. Parking is also paid for.

Excellence!!! I have had lashes before and dreaded the process, Lash is the exact opposite. With headphones, heated socks, blankets, and wonderful scents, there is not a more relaxing experience out there! Highly recommend… and I came out with fabulously natural long, thick lashes!
