La Palapa.
Since I’ve moved into the Thornton area over 1yr ago. i’m still checking out all the Restaurants. La Palapa is one of the many mexican style cantina places around Washington st. This place has pretty good breakfast, cheap, if you try it I recommend the smothered breakfast burritos. there filling and tasty. they green chili is not like (Northside) green chili but it’l-do. They also have decent mexican style dinner combos.i.e., taco, tostada, taco and smothered burrito… all ok.
So Palapa gets 3 stars for being convenient and decent mexican food in the Thornton neighborhood.
