Wish I had better things to say but the ice-​cream was old and frostbitten

Anyone who grew up in Mexico has had La Michoacana. This is the first authentic La Michoacana ice cream shop I’ve found in the us, and it’s walking distance to my new house!
They have he usual variety of Popsicles (stawbwberry, walnut, pistachio, mango, lime, and others), as well as ice cream. They are all homemade and fresh and delicious. The Popsicles are $ 2.50 each which isn’t bad, considering you pay about $ 3.75 for a dove bar at a gas station… and these are much better (an healthier) than dove bars. If you’re in he neighborhood, make a stop and try a Popsicle. You’ll become a fan, like so many native mexicans already are.
