This place is horrible. They don’t clean your teeth for «cleanings.» They literally just look at your teeth for their «cleanings.» I had a cavity filled, had to go back because it was causing me pain, so they polished it down because they said it was too high. Had to go back again because it was still causing me shocks of pain. They redid the filling, BUT I had to pay for the visit again??? Stupid. It’s still hurting and got a screening saying it could be cracked, so they looked at it and said nothing was wrong with it, but I had a lot of build up on my other teeth that is causing pain. Umm no. First off my tooth didn’t hurt till they filled it, second if build up is causing pain, then shouldn’t my other teeth hurt?!? They gave me a referral to another dentist for a cleaning… ok… Ridiculous. Also, you don’t get the same dentist when you go. I had three different ones. The dental assistants also are ALWAYS having side conversations. Not professional at all. Save yourself the time and pain by not going to this place!

Definitely DON’T go here unless you want unnecessary work done to your teeth. I went there after years of not going to the dentist (reasons for not having insurance), until I qualified for medicaid and thought it was time to get my teeth cleaned and checked. I didn’t expect to have any cavities although in the back of my mind I thought it might be a possibility since I hadn’t been in a while. At the end of my appointment, they scheduled me to get fillings on my teeth due to cavities… I asked them where the cavities were and their answer was very vague and not specific. I still scheduled an appointment because of that chance of them being correct, however, I still wanted a second opinion. I called around other places that accepted medicaid and they said that I would have to pay a fee since I just got my teeth cleaned. I thought that I would wait until I got a job that offered dental insurance (6 months later) because I didn’t have any pain. All I can say right now is that I AM SO GLAD that I waited and trusted my instinct because I went to the dentist yesterday and they said my teeth were perfect with no cavities.
Long story short… get a second opinion if you doubt what they have to say and if you’re able to.
It’s a true shame that «qualified» dentists don’t really know what they are doing.
P. S. — This is my first time writing a review and I felt that it was worthy due to my experience here. DON’T GO!

Stars are falling!
A friend of mine went there. It was an emergency! Hours of torture and he had to redo everything weeks later.
Also he got a LONG list of stuff that he needs to have done! BS!
I’ve been there four times already.
I never had to wait for more than five minutes to be seen. Everyone seems to be really nice. All four times I went in for teeth cleaning. Each time was an easy and pleasant experience overall. I have not done any serious dental work there.
I do recommend this place for regular check ups for kids.

This place is horrible!!! There is NEVER a receptionist-​I actually have to walk through the office every time I go in to ask if anyone is working the front desk. I have to wait at least 30 – 45 min before being seen. The kids here are also always screaming their heads off and they don’t even bother to close the fricken door! And to top it off made a Saturday appt, and no bothered to unlock the doors and wouldn’t answer the door or the phone. Do not use this business!

I went here to see if it was any better than my last dental place. it was not.
I think this play may be good if you have bad or no insurance perhaps. I made an appt over two weeks in advance and I was the only one in the waiting room yet I had to wait over an hour to see a dental hygienist and another 45 minutes to see the actual dentist! He then had to refer me to specialist to follow up with something else. I prefer to just go to one dental place and have everything taken care of there.
They don’t have rooms… they have a line of about 10 chairs… it’s very impersonal. I would go on but basically, it was not a good experience and my search for a good dental place goes on.
