Brandon S.
Business Owner
Brandon has a passion for real estate investing and has been actively involved in the industry since 2008. In 2009, he managed rehab for over 100 flips. He then developed a specialization assisting in non-traditional acquisition efforts, including cash foreclosure auctions and off market deals.
In 2010, Brandon’s focus transitioned into property management for investors. He oversaw the acquisition, rehab, and management of a «virtual» apartment complex for an investor who bought over 60 distressed condo units spread throughout the Denver metro area, in addition to several apartment buildings and single family homes.
Through this experience, he learned the keys to valuing property in HOAs. He took these efforts as far as serving on HOA boards to increase the value of the properties. Throughout this time Brandon has completed his own fix n’ flip deals and acquired a number of rental properties himself.
