History

Established in 2008.

Kerry has been teaching Love & Logic parenting classes throughout metro Denver since 1999. In 2008, after going back to school for a post-​graduate certification in marriage and family therapy, she opened her private practice in southeast Denver. Now a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Kerry’s work specializes in parenting, divorce, twenty-​somethings and couples. She also continues to teach Love & Logic parenting classes throughout the year.

Business Owner

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and have earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Denver University (1992) and a post-​graduate certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from the Denver Family Institute (2009).

I specialize in the areas of parenting, families, couples, twenty-​somethings, people going through divorce and people wanting to keep their sanity and sense of humor through the various stages of life.

I view therapy as a form of teaching and I teach from real-​life experience as well as professional training. I think that the more we understand and manage our feelings and responses to other people, the more joyfully and deeply we get to live. My goal is to get myself fired as your therapist because you’ve accomplished what you set out to do in therapy.
