Kent Meireis Photography

Kent photographed our Brunch wedding at Artwork Network, and we couldn’t be happier! He came highly recommended from a friend in the Photojournalism industry and we were wowed by the photos on his website and chose to have him take the pictures, primarily because of his obvious professionalism over the phone and background in photojournalism.
Kent managed all our special requests: catching candid pictures of the most important moments, avoiding group posed shots, and even curtailing my uncle who fancies himself a professional photographer. Mostly, he took beautiful pictures that we will treasure forever.
What I really like about our wedding pictures is that they don’t all look the same! Some are bright and airy, others are more sophisticated, some look like they belong in a newspaper. He captured each moment perfectly, instead of just taking the pictures.
He also encouraged us to take our couples shots against the graffiti art in the alleyway (the wedding was at an art gallery), which all turned out beautifully!
The business side of things was very easy: he was quick with getting the contract to us, he was punctual and even showed up at the rehearsal. We got our edited photos via an internet slideshow 3 days after the wedding! He also mailed us a disc with the High Res and Low Res images.
We are so happy with Kent’s photography and look forward to using him again for Family Portraits.
