Kappler Mechanical & Electrical

Amazing company! Mike Kappler came out to fix our furnace last week, which was under warranty. The part needed was overnighted to them, but unfortunately, it was damaged in transit, and Trane could not get another one delivered until the following week. It was the night before Thanksgiving, and we were about to get a cold snow storm. Kappler installed a new furnace for us, so we would not have to go without heat for the holiday. I certainly hope Trane backs them up and covers them for the expense. This is truly a company that cares about their customers. We will never use anyone else!

Kappler Mechanical recently installed a Trane furnace and air conditioning system for me. Their installation work and the operation of the system are superb. Everyone related with the company are nice people who are easy to work with. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new system, If you’re looking for a really good heating and air conditioning company, you just found it.

Just had my first experience with this company yesterday and came away very impressed with both Mike and Kim and hope to work with them soon on a redesign of a mini split system for our Boulder condo. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of working with another company first and now have a useless system that only cools about 40 sq ft of a 1300 sq ft condo. Not exactly what we had in mind. Anyway, Mike and Kim came in and immediately had some great ideas on where we could go forward from here to get the cooling we need. They were very professional and courteous and confident they could fix what the last contractor could not so they really put me at ease with the whole situation. They provided us with a fair estimate on the spot and their work comes with a Lifetime workmanship warranty! I am kicking myself for not contacting them first but glad to, hopefully, have them working on our side soon!

Although my appt window was from 430 to 630pm today, my tech didn’t show until almost 7pm. This was only after I called to find out the scoop, too! Turns out they had a scheduling glitch, and my appt was bumped out of their system…
Anyhow, Mike (the tech) came in like a courteous and efficient whirlwind and got to work immediately. He apologized for the delay in my appt and even gave me a discounted price for my services, due to the inconvenience. Score!
They made amends for their glitch, and all is good in the furnace/​AC world again. I live in a townhouse community and will def recommend them in my hood.

We contacted Kappler Mechanical after having another company install a furnace in my house. Unfortunately, the previous company did a terrible job and the furnace was not installed to code. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with the professionals at Kappler Mechanical. They came over to the house and provided us with different options on how to remedy the issue. We ended up replacing both the furnace and a/​c unit because the a/​c unit was old and the prior furnace was oversized for the house and not the one we had originally wanted. My wife and I are extremely happy with the furnace and a/​c unit. If you want to go with a company that is honest and reliable, I suggest you contact Kim at Kappler Mechanical!
