K-9 Clip and Clean – Mobile Pet Groomer

This groomer (Jennifer) has a good way with dogs and even my occasionally ornery Bordie mix was on her best behavior. The groomer did a great job and even used a specific shampoo that turned her dry, shedding, flaky hide into glossy, soft fur. Highly recommend and the fee is quite reasonable.

I suppose I’m a little ashamed to admit that since last year we gave little thought to having our Alaskan Malamute rescue, Sarah, groomed. We rescued her almost seven years ago, and prior to late last year we’d never thought much about the prospect of giving her a bath, and trimming her hair. We knew we couldn’t do it ourselves, as she would never consent to being plopped down in our bathtub. So, for whatever reason, I wanted to get her professionally groomed, and started looking for a mobile pet groomer who would come to our home. On a recommendation from Sarah’s masseuse, I contacted K-​9 Clip and Clean late last year. Jen, the owner, came out in her fully-​equipped van, and spent over an hour cleaning Sarah up, bathing her, clipping the troublesome clumps of hair at Sarah’s haunches, and the resulting transformation was remarkable. Jen just groomed Sarah for the second time yesterday, and the result is even more remarkable. Jen is an absolute perfectionist, who knows her craft well, and has proved herself able and willing to take on our big girl, Sarah, who, I’m sure, was not a easy «client» to deal with. I very highly recommend K-​9 Clip and Clean, and am extremely thankful that we found this convenient service. BTW Jen’s rates are very reasonable.
