Not sure why it’s such a challenge to actually buy something here… It’s barely staffed. If you need fabric cut you will need to take a number and then explain your project in detail to the person doing the cutting for them to critique apparently. And paying… If the person in front of you has coupons the cashier will need to verify each and every single one and let you wait instead of asking for a back up cashier… I really thought this was going to be a quick trip!!!

Good selection on a large number of items. Pricing is fine, they have a plethora of coupons for a lot of items. But the staff stinks. They look miserable, are unsmiling, generally unhelpful, and seem put out by having to do anything.

I went in once, and my experience was fine. I went a second time, and now I’m completely irritated by this place. Enough so that I will definitely try not to step foot in here again. I just have to say that the staff suck. Period. The end. They are not helpful, seem like they really don’t care, and do not provide good customer service at all. Period. I went in one day, purchased a fabric and kept the little paper they gave me along with the fabric so that they could find it again if I needed to come back and get more. I did so today and I must say, the little item number on the sheet of paper gave me was quite useless. So was the lady helping me. She asked me what type of fabric it was, pointed me to home décor, and sort of helped me look in the aisles. After we couldn’t find it, she said«we get trucks in here every Tuesday and Thursday, but there’s no way of knowing what’s on them.» Seriously? No way of knowing? Bad business, lady. I realized I had a picture on my phone and had to show it to another old lady, who proceeded to stare at the picture. Another younger girl came over, stared also, and they both ended up saying they didn’t have it, and stared at the picture in my phone a little longer. They pointed to the home décor aisle again and said it would be there if it’s here. No offer to help me get it/order it/make sure it’s coming on this mysterious truck. I just walked away and sarcastically gave them a «thanks.» So what’s good customer service? How about offering to help find out if the product is coming to the store? How about saying you’ll find out more information? Take a hint, old useless HAGS. Take a customer service class.

You can always find a coupon(online or in their weekly flyer) valid towards regular priced merchandise. They have a good selection of fabrics and crafting supplies. My only real complaint with the store is the checkout. It is always painfully slow, especially if you are there during lunchtime or on the weekend.

Helpful staff, decent selections, prices are a bit high but hey go inflation! I found what I was looking for here and the staff knew where to find it.
