Jeff Parker – Prudential Colorado Real Estate

If I could give Jeff Parker more than 5 stars I would! I cannot recommend him highly enough!
When we moved to Colorado in December, we were interested in buying a home within about 6 months. We’d met a couple of real estate agents on our prior visits to Denver and told them what we were looking for but did not have good experiences.
We called Jeff directly about one of his listings and were so relieved to meet him. Finally! An agent who was friendly, happy to help, who listened to what we were looking for! He promptly sent us many listings, (all of which met the needs and wants we expressed to him in our first meeting). Jeff always either answered our calls immediately or called us back right away, he remembered everything we said to him, even things we mentioned casually in passing! Every meeting with him was great, he showed us a lot of houses, (I lost count) before we made a decision and he never pressured us. Jeff found us the perfect home. The paperwork and closing process went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. We knew without a doubt that he had our best interests in mind at all times and that made the process virtually stress free, (the only stress was the, OMG! We’re buying a house stress which of course had nothing to do with him)
We LOVE our new home. We move in April 4^th and are so pleased with the whole experience. Jeff will be our Realtor for any and all future real estate dealings and more importantly, we feel that we came away from the experience with a friend.
