Visiting from D.C. This is the worst experience I’ve had in a J. Crew store. It was impossible to get help from anyone despite the fact that there were numerous employees fidgeting with displays (which were also in a terrible mess). I don’t really get much help at my local Georgetown store either but this was something totally different. I was ignored and had the displeasure of being on the receiving end of the cashier’s bad attitude. Went back to Scotch & Soda upstairs and bought everything I needed from a superb staff. If you like the style of J. Crew make the trip upstairs to Scotch. Similar clothing, extremely positive experience!
