Established in 2007.

Anna Conrad has coached and trained thousands of executives and leaders; run change management initiatives; planned global and local succession management initiatives; developed and facilitated leadership development programs and workshops for hundreds of emerging leaders; and developed and supported strategic organizational development programs for Fortune 500 companies, small and medium sized companies, and government agencies. Her clients span numerous industries, including Oil & Gas, telecommunications, construction, retail, manufacturing, health care, technology, financial services, government, engineering, and many others. Anna Conrad has written numerous feature articles on leadership throughout the United States and in Canada in professional journals. She has also taught at several universities on Leadership, Business, and Sociology. Anna Conrad is based in Denver, Colorado.

Anna Conrad, JD has guided hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve greater success through organizational development, succession planning, leadership development, training, and facilitation of strategy sessions, but Anna didn’t start her journey as a leader, so how did she end up one?

With a lifelong dream of pursuing a career that would help change the world, Anna attended the University of Denver law school. Several years later, while practicing law and teaching at various universities, Anna was recruited by a Fortune 500 company to facilitate leadership development classes. It didn’t take long for Anna to realize that she could make as much of a difference in the world by shaping the leaders of the future as she could practicing law.
