This place is awesome! David answered all of my questions and let me try a ton of flavors. The last vape store I visited was terrible. I am new to the vape world And David was very understanding and helpful. Oh and the graphic designer happened to be there so when David got busy he stepped in and helped me with my questions and flavor choices. Such great customer service. I will definitely be going back there!

Was an okay experience for my first time. Nothing over the top. Didn’t really feel welcomed, but would go back for the juices. Even though 15s were the only size they had with the flavor I want with an unknown pg/​vg ratio.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They are… by far… the best vape shop I’ve been too. Crazy thorough with newbies and they love to help more experienced customers with experimenting. If you’re looking to find a flavor that works for you, this is the place! I can only compare it to a fine wine tasting. They pay close attention to your tastes and are damn near guaranteed to get you dialed in! On the customer service side, they are over the top. I’ve had an ongoing issue with a product that is stumping many people in the industry. They have not stopped at finding a solution for me, and without it costing me any more money:) Fingers crossed, we’ll figure it out when I go by there today!

David was so nice and helpful with their variety of juices. He was very knowledgeable about the new lines coming out and welcomed us to the neighborhood with a huge smile and generous attention. Would definitely recommend!

Unbelievable customer service! not one but two concerned and more than a little naïve parents walked in his door on separate busy days and he not only dropped what he was doing to answer our questions and concerns but he did so with knowledge and genuine care.
The owner is simply amazing.
I cannot speak high enough about this proprietor or his products nor about his reasons for doing what he does.
I would travel states simply to do business with this man again if I had to.

I can’t say enough about this place. David, who helped me, was amazing. He was really patient with my picky juice likings. He let me try many favors and made it his personal goal to find something I like! Instead of just giving me a battery cell and and sending me to a table, he asked me questions to figure out what I would like and based it off of my responses of the flavor a he let me try prior. Very knowledgeable and very kind. We talked about many things other than vape gear. He was amazing. I really suggest this place! 5 stars and a happy customer.

I was sold a defective product. I went back to the store, and a once very friendly staff began questioning the return. I was told that I didn’t charge the battery and I didn’t do this right, or I didn’t do something else correctly. Or they were not allowed to sell this item (?) It was a bit in your face. Eventually they realized the product was defective and replaced it. I was a bit surprised at the push back.

Wow… cool Shop with a great location but I do have a few beefs number one limited selection of juice and even less 15 ml bottles and the brand of 15 ml bottles they do carry is CRAP… I love the highlander line yum also they can build you a killer coil… but beef number two there slightly over priced and don’t carry a big selection of affordable mods I watched a guy drop almost a bill on a eleaf 30 watt… and not get even a taste of decent juice!!! so I call this shop a high end establishment who needs to realize we stated vaping to stop smoking and save MONEY… I’m sorry for the slightly sour review but I felt they just wanted to close a sale and that’s it… love the highlander thought…

I went into hush last week to check things out. They had a good selection of juices, MODs, and RDAs.
I ended up grabbing a couple bottles and also scored a taste of the house juice they are currently developing. It’s a delicious melon flavor with an interesting finish. Definitely check it out when it drops.
The guys were really friendly and helpful. They also were working on some custom wrapped coils that looked really cool.

Very excellent accident. I wandered in needing oils and found Sorrow, a very knowledgeable and courteous vapor enthusiasts, who goes the extra mile to make sure your well informed on the types and quality of oils. They don’t only focus on what they carry, but other makers out there. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything about, not just the hobby side of the e-​cig movement, but the casual user trying to quit customer as well. The owner Dave came in shortly before we finished our transaction and engaged us to ensure we got everything we needed. Being tourist in Denver, he and Sorrow made sure we knew where everything we were looking for in Denver was. Great place, excellent services, fair prices, and honest sales. A must visit for all your ecig needs.

This place is little but super cool! They are passionate about vaping & VERY helpful in exploring new products & e-​juice flavors! Me & my friend sat there forever as they handed us flavor after flavor to try… unlike Mystery Vapor & some other places where they seem upset if u hang around trying flavors!

These dudes are fantastic. They talked me through all the ins and outs of purchasing my first mech mod, and even though they offered me a discount, i just couldn’t afford it (I’m a musician on tour and in a super strict budget). They could not have been more understanding and let me know they’d have more deals in the future and to come back.

Recently, I’ve been making the rounds of vape shops in Denver. As a fairly new (but enthusiastic) vaper, it’s been something of a challenge to get away from the elitism and dismissive nature of most shops. This is a pretty common thing I suppose, when first getting into a new hobby and patronizing specialty stores. As a result, I’ve been doing most of my research and shopping on the Internet. Hush Vapor Lounge has proven to be a shining exception.
I went over with a (non-​vaper) buddy to pick up a spare battery — this was my only intention. I mentioned to Brian, one of their guys, that I was already interested and engaged in mixing my own juices. He immediately perked up and got interested with me. I asked him about getting a tank for sampling, and he turned around and discussed dripping (I’ve been vaping clearomizers for a month or so), suggesting that I should have an RDA for tasting juices, since tanks aren’t so practical for that purpose.
Long story short, at the end of the day he’d sold me a Magma (clone, which I didn’t know at the time, but it appears to be 1:1 and works perfectly at ¹⁄₃ the price of authentic); built me a single coil for it which works great on my MVP (he actually built it twice, because he didn’t like the way the first one fired), teaching me along the way. Before leaving, he invited me to drop by and talk to one of their juice distributors the following day for pointers in case I got really serious about it and wanted to begin selling.
My interaction with David, one of the owners, was also really positive. This shop is top notch — I have no doubt they would do whatever it takes to make new vapers feel comfortable and answer questions (there are a lot to ask!) as readily as they’ll discuss the finer points of mech mods and dripping to their regular clientel.

More businesses could learn a valuable lesson in customer service from this business.

This is our third week in Denver. And we are experienced vapers. We went around to alot of vape shops in the area and no place made us feel at home like the peeps at Hush Vapor Lounge. David & Susan are the owners and are highly experienced in all the latest and greatest mods, but won’t hesitate to spend an hour with a first time customer. Customer service is amazing here. Brian is the manager and he is absolutely amazing at builds for our mods and has a wonderful way to make u feel like your just hanging out chilling with an old friend! I recommend this shop on a daily basis! Absolutely love this place!
