Horrible. We got there and it was super crowded not with people just merchandise. It was extremely hot. And the staff was the worst I’ve seen in a while… we waited in line at the register once it was our turn the lady told us we needed to go to the other register because they had to shut this one down(you couldn’t have told us before we wait that you wouldn’t be able to help us?) So we went to the second line and waited once it was our turn we were told they couldn’t help us and that we had to go back to the original line… which we had to wait in yet AGAIN… In a hot crowded store… never going back avoid at all costs the staff was very unprofessional as well talking about getting wasted and have sex in front of the kids!!!

The staff here is awesome! They helped my son exchange a Dr Who sonic screw driver he received as a gift which was a duplicate of one he already had. They were friendly, courteous and professional. We highly recommended this store.

A well-intended friend came to visit me and brought a plethera of HK items along with her. Although I do love HK, I’m desperately trying to wean myself off the accessory items as I’m rapidly approaching 40 and don’t want to appear too… ecclectic. :) My friend, being the sweet, thoughtful and considerate person that she is, included a gift receipt along with the purchase and informed me that she wouldn’t be at all wounded if I returned the items for something I wanted. I went to LB(see review) up in Northfield, and while I was there I decided to return the items. Stupid store policy forced me into a giftcard or exchange, so I decided to look around. This store is not really my thing. I think I’d have loved it in my 20s, but as I’m getting older I feel more and more out of touch and everything is just not my style. The store is clean and well-organized and everything has that shiny and new ‘buy me” pull. Luckily, I’m working on being practical, so I did okay. :) The guy behind the counter is SUPER friendly and helpful. He suggested things that I might be interested in and guided me around the store. I finally decided on an I ‘heart’ PANDAS seat belt — belt and obtained a giftcard with assurance from the clerk that I’ll certainly find something I want online. This was a fantastic experience and an example of how customer service should be conducted.
