Regrettable I will not be a returning customer. When we spoke you informed me I can rest assure of a 2 week turn around & my client in California would receive them within the 2 weeks no questions asked. He received them within the 2 weeks but there were missing sizes & mislabeled (Size) T-​Shirts & I had to cover a overnight fee via UPS when I was assured the customer would get the product on time. We move on to my shirts I’m did not mind them being a week later from my California order being shipped yet I was stuck awaiting around more than a month after paying the deposit. I receive my order today & again some shirts are not labeled, you guys missed out on sizes cause Vapor Apparel Ran out (Which my shirts should of been put to the side from start once I paid my deposit) I have to refund more than $$$$ in customer product because they were stuck waiting. I go thru the batch of shirts I receive from your company & I see one of my shirts where it should be black & it’s completely faded (Looks light grey) I don’t understand how you guys ship a shirt that poorly printed & expected me to be happy. I’m not the biggest purchase by far but this has to be one of the worse experiences I’ve witnessed. I relied on your guys paid out more then $ 1,600 (Which is not easy to come by) I have to ship out these shirts to remaining customers & hope they don’t request a refund. I attached a photo of the shirt which the printing is just horrible & feels like a smack in the face. The photo makes it look a lot better than it is. Which is truly has to say.

These guys are the best at what they do. I have a Dental Practice in Boulder and make the trip to Denver to have these guys do all of my branding items for my office, the bike team and races that I sponsor, and anything else that I may get into. I have hired a variety of firms to do projects over the past 7 years in business, and the ones that I would recommend all had the same thing in common… Mark Huebner. I am a little fish in a big pond (pun intended) yet I get the best treatment from all of the staff and incredibly accurate product. These guys deal with big international accounts, I see them working on them when I visit their office, yet I get the same level of service that these big accounts demand. I recently had a bike race that I was sponsoring and needed a turn around of a large quantity of multiple items within a week, This was no problem for these guys and they got it done. No one else was able to do this. Additionally, Jeremy has been creating some one-​off custom art for my new office. I had one idea in mind that I was really proud of, and he took it to the next level by asking if I had ever considered 3D art. I was more than a little impressed when he presented the idea of taking the art work and doing the colors in multiple panes of glass/​plexiglass set on stand-​offs to create a wicked eye-​popping 3D effect. These guys deliver a VIP level of service that is so hard to find these days. Without a doubt, if you need world class branding/​promo items, put down your stock catalogues and have these guys create something that will help you stand apart from other businesses.
***The floss card business cards these guys did have been the absolute best advertising investment I have ever made. They are a bit of an investment initially, but I have had patients come in up to 3 years after having received the cards. They are indestructible, keep them in their purse, wallet or drawer, they never throw them away, and therefore keep me in the front of their mind when they finally make that dental appointment. Plus I get compliments every time I hand one out, and often become the center of attention at an event when people become impressed with them.
