Brad C.

Business Owner

Brad Coen, founder of HighPoint Property Management, started his company in 2013 to stand out, not to fit in. As a real estate investor who has bought and sold millions of dollars of real estate he quickly realized that property management was about effective communication and building relationships with clients and tenants alike — not the number of doors managed or the dollars coming in. He has a Master’s Degree from Regis University and is a member of NARPM© (National Association of Residential Property Managers). Prior to founding HighPoint Property Management, he worked in the financial services industry for 14 years. He purchased his first property in 2002 which he still holds in his rental real estate portfolio.
