Like the other reviewers I found Kent to be the the most rude, unprofessional person I think I have ever come across. Good riddance and consider yourself lucky you never crossed the business doorstep of this place.

I went for a mani pedi with Honey. It was my first time visiting. She explained that her client before ran late and so she was behind. I was fine with all of that except that she rushed thorugh my appointment. I explained during my Manicure that I my cuticles were bad and needed help. She said that she doesnt do anything anything to cuticles. wtf? And she did just that — Nothing. No cuticle oil, no pushing them back, no cutting, nothing. basically just painted my nails. She rushed though painting my nails. She even left some nail polish on my fingers that i had to later ask her if she could clean up. She was friendly and cool, but for my money and time, I would rather go somewhere where I dont feel rushed and my concerns are met.

I used a TravelZoo voucher for a mani/​pedi with Hello Gorgeous. They have their own station within a salon. Hani and Kent were a lot of fun and had me laughing so hard! As soon as I sat down, Hani offered me a glass of wine. Everything was very clean, and Hani was very detailed. My mani lasted for a good three weeks, which was very impressive!
It is just the two of them who run the business, and considering the volume of «daily deal» business, I think they do a very impressive job at managing it and integrating it with their regular client base. I had no problem scheduling, and phone calls were promptly returned (and Hani and Kent were super nice on the phone).

****UPDATE!!!
Its one day after the incident described below, and this post, and guess what happened today… drumroll… My phone number got posted in a Craigslist sex add!!!
I have been fielding texts all day from men who think I am a dude looking for a «masculine bottom!» Is this a coincidence? I have texted the number from Hello Gorgeous twice about this coincidence and gotten no response. All I can say is its very interesting…

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, check my other Unilocal reviews for verification.
This review has nothing to do with the service but everything to do with my experience as a customer.
–I could not access my groupon voucher so I looked up the salon online and called the number I found for Blithe Salon. I talked to a woman who took my message requesting an appointment and got an extremely rude voicemail back from a man who said I «clearly did not check the voucher for the correct number,» and then went off about how I should learn to follow directions. It was so out of control I almost didn’t call back to schedule, but I did since the service had already been paid for.
–I talked to the same man that left the message and he was condescending and sarcastic after he identified me as the girl who «didn’t check her voucher.» Then he informed me due to the high number of vouchers they had sold he could not schedule me for less than a month out. I made the first appointment they had available.
–I had a meeting run over at work today and I walked out to a text from an unknown number that I realized was someone from Hello Gorgeous. The text was so abrasive and rude, ending with «your voucher is now void.»
–I should have let it go and just chalked it up to my gut being right, but I responded and texted back expressing my dissatisfaction over their unprofessionalism and said they will never get any more of my business based on my experience.
–The person actually responded! Even if I had been a raging bitch in my text (which I was not), you do not respond negatively to a customer. The person said «Lol, what business, you did a no show for your appointment.
–Sorry, but for some reason the «lol» really pissed me off and I knew it was the same guy I had gotten the message from and talked to on the phone. I responded and said that every interaction with him had been unpleasant and unprofessional.
–He responded again! And guess what his response was; «blah, please do not contact us again, you are now harassing us and I am forwarding these messages to the police and filing a complaint.»
Moral of the story– If you want a hyper, over reactive, unprofessional customer experience, Hello Gorgeous is perfect for you. They probably wont threaten to file a police report against you– just don’t get lippy!

I’ve been going to Honey for about 3 years now. When I first moved to Denver I had so much trouble finding a stylist, I tried about 4 stylists before finding Honey (aka Hani) and was really unhappy with all of my experiences, even from very experienced stylists. I wondered if I’d ever get a good haircut or color again, my hair not only looked awful, it felt awful, too, from whatever color product was being used.
So grateful I finally found Honey, what a relief to know that every time I go to see her, I am going to come out with beautiful, sexy, gorgeous hair! I love my haircut and my color looks beautiful every time, and I love how she styles it. Honey is really talented, she loves doing hair, and she really cares about her clients, she treats me like family (in a good way!). She’s so good to me, I’ll never leave! I love how I feel every time she does my hair. Thank you Honey! You always make me feel Gorgeous!

Love them both. Kent gives me the best pedicure I’ve ever had, long lasting and my feet are totally smooth. Hani gives an absolutely great haircut. Listens closely and then does what you ask her to. Unfortunately, I’m letting my hair grow so I don’t get to see her as much as I would like. You absolutely cannot go wrong with either Kent or Hani

An independent, reasonably priced nail salon in Cherry Creek with free covered parking and evening appointments? Hello Gorgeous!
I’ve been seeing Kent every few weeks for a spa pedicure and he is terrific. The first thing he wants you to do is sit down and relax with a glass of water or wine. He always has a fun story to tell while he works on your nails. Everything is very clean and he uses OPI polishes exclusively, I believe. My toes look great, my feet and legs are smooth after the sugar scrub, and the pedi lasts a good long while.
If you book your appointment out 4 to 6 weeks in advance, Kent will give you a generous discount. What a treat in Cherry Creek!

I love LOVE my time with Hani! She makes me feel so pretty. I enjoy the energy at Blithe. Kent & others are so sweet. This place is sparkling clean, parking is easy (garage), adorably decorated, and without the pretencious vibe of a lot of other salons in town. Hani’s work is impeccable and I highly reccomend Hello Gorgeous! :-)

This was my first time coming to Hello Gorgeous for a mani/​pedi and I had a blast! The atmosphere is light and joyous; they treat you more like family. I saw a girl get a fun, sparkly cupcake for her birthday (a long-​term client I would imagine), but it was great to see them caring about their customers on such a personal level.
I had Kent — he was WONDERFUL! All of my nails are perfect and I even had a glass of wine while I was there (also don’t know if that’s normal). Either way — you won’t see me going anywhere else! KUDOS to great people, great space and a great atmosphere!

Well, after reading these great reviews I feel like I got cheated of a great experience. A friend and I went there for a mani/​pedi. We were both running a bit late (traffic, parking), so I called to let them know, but didn’t get an answer. Upon arrival I was rudely greeted by Hani who promptly told me that «we are 15 minutes into the session». No hello, no hi, just scolded for my lateness. I explained that I called & once I got to the building I walked around looking for «Hello Gorgeous» but couldn’t find it. She rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders & said «Well, whatever.» Apparently, as Hani rudely informed me, they «send out emails that say that we are located IN Blithe Salon, but we can’t control who reads them». Ouch. If this is something of a problem, obviously we are not the first to make the mistake, I would think that more effort would go into letting guests know this. As far as I know, in my 12 years of working in customer service, you do what you can to make guests happy & want to come back! She did make an «attempt» to apologize for her attitude, saying she was sick. I get it, you are sick, but call me & reschedule. Don’t rush my mani/​pedi because you want to go home. In her small attempt to explain, she ended with saying she didn’t reschedule because she didn’t know how she would squeeze us in later. WOW. If you are sick, you reschedule & make time for the guest! All that being said, Kent was awesome, but I certainly will not be back.

one big OH MY WOW! Hani knows her way with some scissors! I don’t even know where to start, the entire experience with her was awesome! First off, she is a delightful person and has super great energy. She is a true artist with hair, I mean she was creatively meticulous! She gave me one of my most favorite haircuts/​style EVER. She was great with the consultation and gave thorough information as to what she was doing at all times. I must say, she gave me the best bangs I have ever had.
When i got home my boyfriend was sooo excited about my new do, and I was so relieved to have finally found someone who has out of this world talent regarding hair. It’s also wonderful to have a hair artist who truly truly loves what they do, and this is Hani. I can’t wait for my hair to grow for another cut! If you are looking for the best, make an appointment with this wonderful woman now!

a friend and i went to get classic mani/​pedi with Hani and Kent a few weeks ago. They are a great duo! They are so funny and great with what they do. Because we had some time leftover, and so did Hani, we both also got amazing haircuts from her! She is very attentive to what you want/​need in a hairstyle and takes into account your lifestyle (time/​ability for hair). She took my mess of a hair and turned it into something at least presentable.
Loved finding them!

I have a short pixie cut and went to Hani to update it as it had grown out a little. Hani did an EXCELLENT job! Not only did she clean it up, but she made it look better than it did in the beginning. I’m super cute now, thanks to Hani!

I found Hani off of a groupon for a keratin treatment and a hair cut. i liked the way she cut my hair the first time and decided that I would go back the next time I needed it cut. Well this time I went back with something more specific in mind. I have always cut layers into my long hair but I really wanted a little edge to them this time. She sat there with me for 5 minutes before she even laid a hand on my hair to really understand what I wanted to achieve and I was so grateful that she was actually listening to what I wanted. She totally got it! I LOVE my hair, I usually wear it straight and with this cut it looks wavy and gorgeous even when I don’t blow it out. I definitely recommend giving her a try.

I went to Hello Gorgeous to get a mani/​pedi after purchasing a deal on weeklyplus and I was more then pleased. Hani was so fun to chat with and my nails looks great! I think my manicure stayed on for over 9 days without chipping (Seriously!) There tubs for soaking feet and hands are also very sanitary — they are lined with a some sort of plastic wrap that they change after every customer.
Since that visit I have gone to Hani to get my hair cut and styled — I really don’t keep up on the trends but Hani suggested a cut that is perfect and the product smelled amazing. Needless to say I am a loyal customer :) Thanks Hani!

I’ve followed my stylist, Hani all over this city! Besides her smashing personality, she’s an artist when it comes to my hair, and is very receptive to my requests and concerns :) I love, love, love her!

I first discovered Hello Gorgeous when I purchased one of those «daily deal» vouchers. When I made my appointment I was told it would be with «Kent.» I’ve had many pedicures over the years, and I’ll admit it was always with a woman. No particular reason for this; I just happened to get a woman every time I went to a salon/​spa. So I wondered what it would be like to have a male perform the service. Well, I quickly found out… and I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent job Kent did. I have since been back and also have additional appointments scheduled! It’s a great place – I highly recommend it. And if you want to try a place you’ve never been before but are a bit unsure, keep an eye out for more «deals» in the future, as I saw another one recently for Hello Gorgeous.

Hello Gorgeous is located in the Cherry Creek shopping area. It’s run by Honey Kuiper and Kent Reichert. They share space with Oxygen Salon & Spa. It doesn’t have a sign in front of the store but if you walk into the Oxygen salon & Spa you are in the right place. I bought a zowzee coupon and just had my very first mani/​pedi done. Kent was an excellent nail tech. He is professional and down to earth. He did such a wonderful job on my nails. I was very impressed. «Like» their facebook page (
