I’m not surprised by the bad reviews. The one good review on Unilocal from Bev M is suspiciously vague and her lack of activity on Unilocal makes me wonder if she isn’t an employee of Harmony. Owner Michelle Lee gives HERSELF a fabulous 5 star rating on Harmony’s Facebook page.

Harmony represents the worst you can imagine. They knowingly make misrepresentations and false statements. After months of complaints from Stapleton homeowners and the Board, they still demonstrate unworthiness and total incompetence. They have refused to turnover HOA records, that are property of the Board, refused to provide homeowner contact lists, and installed their own Board without following proper HOA guidelines for voting and proxies. Michelle and team are utterly and totally miserable to work with and there is no question to their unethical business practices — — hence why DORA (dept of regulatory agencies) is investigating them. Beware and stay far, far away from Harmony.

Won’t return calls or emails but they will cash your check! I’m afraid to elaborate beyond that because over the summer I received a letter from them related to the whole board situation mentioned in another review that said they pressed charges on someone who left them a bad Unilocal review for violating a restraining order. What professional organization would actually put that in a letter to residents?!

Terrible customer service. They have recently switched payment systems and have been double charging us HOAs for two months now. We called and left a message and finally got a hold of someone who ensured us this would be resolved going forward. A month later, I am still being double-​charged and once again cannot seem to get an email or phone response. This is very frustrating. I have not even received my refund for their first mess up! Now I will have 4 pending HOA payments within months. I understand businesses make mistakes, but as another member has stated, this property management company appears to have too many clients/​issues to provide any sort of customer service in a timely manner. Very very frustrating to deal with and tired of feeling ignored.

Terrible company. Our board voted to terminate their contract. They are now attempting to remove the board members who voted to terminate them and are denying access to association records. They will charge next to nothing but will give your association very little attention and sloppy accounting, etc. beware.

The community I live in has not had the best of luck with Management Services in the past. The board went out searching for a company who would listen to our needs and stay within our budget. Harmony has done a fabulous job in maintaining our dues at a reasonable, affordable cost each month and has been very efficient with ALL of our landscaping and maintenance requests. I just wanted to take a minute and say job well done to this team. We look forward to partnering with you for years to come.

Terrible HOA. Can’t seem to get there shit together regarding monthly HOA payments. Overcharge, don’t stay up on accounting and they drafted too much from my bank account. Michelle does NOT return phone calls yet states she will within 48 hours. Obviously they’re managing too many properties. Hoping my community can get rid of them and find another company!

If you are currently being managed by them and are unhappy please find another management company. We were managed by them for two years and they did not consult any home owner about what they did or who they were paying. Very unprofessional and rather rude when they were called out and we finally made the switch. Best thing our community ever did. Everyone’s yards are clean now and the sense of pride is coming back.
