I will start off by stating that they were able to get me in same day, within an hour of when I walked in which was super cool. Lobby is relaxing and was offered coconut water, a plus. Magazines were limited to Architecture and other boring material. Unfortunately that is where the positives end, for the most part. My facialist was friendly but super timid and at times I wondered if she had any clue what she was doing. My Appt was at 2p and after waiting, undressing and getting into the bed it was about 2:15p. I was quick, however, the facialist took her time looking at my paperwork and asking me pointless questions, and standing outside the room for way too long while I undressed only from the waste up. I received no neck/​shoulder massage as promised and she used a tool that most professionals have banned to do my extractions. By 2:55p it was over and my 1 hour facial turned into 40 minutes, false advertising! Since it was only $ 50, I will say I got most of my money’s worth. But I will not go back for a facial. Maybe a massage.

The ladies at the front desk are supper nice, and my massage therapist Amber is outstanding. I had the hot stone massage it was relaxing. just the atmosphere in there is relaxing as well. Becoming a member is great, you get a bunch of benefits.

Had a really nice day feeling pampered thanks to going to Hand & Stone. I was thinking yesterday how it’s been a long time since I’ve had a massage or a facial and when I got home to check my mail they had sent me a direct mailer with intro prices.
I did both a facial and massage today and was helped by Amber and Amber! They were both great and knowledgeable. I had both done for $ 100 and bought some mint hand cream too since I didn’t want to go home empty-​handed.
They booked me when I wanted to be with a day’s notice and everyone that works there was professional and made the entire time spent there super relaxing. Also, they validate parking if you park underground below the Writer’s Square which was a nice surprise.

It’s my birthday once a month every month! It’s a great membership price and I’m locked in to something to look forward to and pamper myself Trevor is a doll– he’s known for digging out those lumps and bumps so be real about what pressure you prefer. If you really like getting worked on he’s your guy! The girls are great to! Every therapist I’ve had has been and angel

They fit me in same-​day for a 90m massage. Libby is bright, playing typical flute music, and they offered me tea. Felt a little like a dentists office but that’s not a deal breaker. Laura, the LMT, gave me the best massage of my life. She really has the touch and the experience. If I lived in Denver, I would go out of my way to return.
Baseline prices are comparable for most massages by quality professionals. They do offer a lot of add-​ons, which I thought were a little pricy ($ 10 for aromatherapy and only 3 options for scent?) but they weren’t pushy about it. Overall, I’d recommend this place highly.
