Located in Denver’s historic Congress Park Neighborhood, but serving the entire Front Range, we specialize in DUI/​DWAI Defense, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law. Williams & Greenwood, LLP. was founded by two former prosecutors with a simple mission: To serve the community by providing good people that have found themselves in bad situations with quality legal representation they can actually afford.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Charles Greenwood is a Colorado native who attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado for both his undergraduate and legal studies. He also has completed graduate studies in international comparative law from Peking University which is considered the Harvard of China.

Throughout law school, Mr. Greenwood worked for the Adams, Jefferson and Weld County District Attorneys’ Offices writing appeals and prosecuting criminal offenses. After school, Mr. Greenwood served as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado Springs for several years where he was charged with prosecuting serious felonies.

As a prosecutor, Mr. Greenwood became dissatisfied with the criminal justice system. He saw that most convictions hurt everyone involved in a case and help no one. Mr. Greenwood founded Greenwood and Associates, LLC. to protect those charged with crimes from jail and prison time and other harmful results.
