Green Valley Ranch Self Storage

Best prices in the area. I think it is family owned and guy that runs it is pretty cool. They keep the grounds pretty neat and secured.
I only have a few complaints about this place which I will now list in no special order:
1) They are supposed to open at 11:00am but you usually have to wait about ten extra minutes before the office opens.
2) Sometimes the owner locks the office and puts a sign up that says, «Out in the yard. Back in 10 minutes.» I guess the 10 minutes reset every time someone reads the sign because I have waited about 30 minutes until the guy drives up with a bag of McDonald’s from down the street.
3) I have found rat or mouse droppings in my unit and some of my boxes and bags were chewed up.
4) I saw a headless pigeon carcass on the ground once.
5) A lot of screws and bolts on the ground (probably from furniture) so be careful.
6) No on-​line payment option or automatic pay.
These are tiny complaints that I can live with because overall this place is great. No bullsh*t.
