Green Light Reiki Healing and Chakra Balancing

Over the years, I’ve known quite a few folks who practice healing arts. Of the healers I have known, Kathy is the most powerful.
I’ve had wonderful and intensely positive experiences during and after treatment sessions. Kahty has mastered several techniques (sound healing, Reiki, Resonance Alchemy, chakra balancing, meditation, massage) and will incorporate all of them in each session as she is led.
Additionally, she can tune into what is going on with you, and as a very spiritually aware person, she can offer feedback and guidance that always resonates, and is keenly intuitive.
Her studio is beautiful, and –as another reviewer said-​you can feel the peace even outside the building.
Kathy has an amazing ability to give, and her comforting and sensitive manner is exceptional. On top of everything, Kathy is a perfectly lovely and beautiful person –inside and out. It is a great treat to know her, and see an exceptional example of a human being using her talents so profoundly.

Kathy is such a grounded and real person to work with. Instead of giving me answers about myself or telling me about who I am, she guides me to know myself. I value that so much in my sessions because it leads me to the strength and answers that are always with me. Her workshops and one on one sessions are both amazing. She is comforting, gentle and completely accepting of others. The biggest gifts I receive from working with her are deeper connections to my heart and true self. Kathy is a wonderful guide to help you heal and know yourself on a deeper level. On a final note her sound healing gifts are spectacular:)

Kathy’s guided meditations are creative and constructive. The space is comfortable and comforting and with session sizes limited to twelve, it’s friendly and intimate without being crowded. The gong bath and vibrational healing was a real revelation for me. Highly recommend!

Kathy is an amazing healer! She uses multiple techniques to get maximum results. Very knowledgeable and kind. I will def. be going back when I need a pick me up.

If I could give Kathy ten stars I would! Kathy is beyond amazing. She gets it! Her implementation of sound alchemy during her energy sessions is just astounding. Not only does Kathy listen intuitively to her clients but she leads the way for each client to the best results possible!

I visited Kathy for my first ever reiki experience and was blown away. Her warmth and kindness immediately made me feel welcome and open. I told her nothing about me, I don’t even think my name was mentioned. The experience was relaxing and I felt very comfortable on her table, with warm blankets to boot! After the session we discussed what she did/​felt and it was as if she read my mind… more like my life story. It was truly life changing and I would recommend her to anyone. I cannot say enough about this amazing person. just go see for yourself.

The bar was set high by Teresa, my amazing Reiki therapist in Reno. It took me three months to be led to Kathy, but I am so grateful for my session today. Caution: make time to park — if you live in the city, you probably know this, but parking is scarce. However, as soon as I approached her building, I already felt a sense of peace. The flowers and shrubbery are fragrant and beautiful. It put me in the mindset of peace.
Kathy greeted me warmly, and I was still harboring some sense of (guilt?) trepidation, after seeing Teresa for two years. I did a 75 minute session, and the emotions that swung through me as she did her work were amazing. I felt at ease and peaceful, and I felt like I really connected with her. She is patient, kind, and positive.
I am so grateful to have found her. I will return to her. My mood (dismal when I showed up) has been turned into peace and gratitude, and I feel a weight lifted from my shoulders.
You owe yourself to try Reiki, and I highly recommend Kathy.

As others have said Kathy is amazing. I’ve had two sound healing sessions with her and they were both super intense and helpful. Sound healing may sound a little woo woo for some, but if it is something you are open to learning more about, there couldn’t be a more comfortable environment or person to work with. Would give six stars if I could.

Kathy’s genuine kindness and beautiful spirit is apparent upon meeting her. Even the most skeptical or nervous people will be quickly disarmed by her uplifting energy.
The very tranquil ambience of her studio, combined with Kathy’s keen intuition makes your session successful and memorable. Kathy watches how you react to each of the various reiki instruments and hones in on whatever seems to work best for you, ensuring to use whatever technique is most effective for you.
I can’t imagine anyone leaving her studio not feeling a little better about yourself, about nature, about the universe. You carry a piece of knowledge and insight into yourself long after your session ends.
Kathy truly cares for her clients– she reserves time to discuss what you want to get out of your session beforehand, and does a follow up afterwards. It’s apparent that money is not her top concern, she truly seems to enjoy what she does. She never tries to push more appointments on you, and encourages you to come back when you feel it’s time, and tells you, «you’ll know when».
Reiki may seem like a strange practice, but if it’s something you’re thinking of trying, you should go with Kathy. For me, it was absolutely effective.

Kathy is one of the most genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. She cares about people, which is probably why she is amazing at what she does. I’ve only seen her once, and I will continue to go back to her. I have no doubt she can heal anyone!

Kathy is amazing — truly talented healer. I trust her completely. There are so many others who don’t have her abilities. It’s nice to find someone who really makes a difference.

Kathy is a true healer. Each and every time I go to her I feel something new. Her skills with reiki are wonderful, I leave each session with a sense of balance, calm, connectedness, and presence. Currently I am working with Kathy using tuning fork therapy for an MCL injury. My knee twitched uncontrollably during our session and even a day later, I am already able to put more pressure on it and straighten it a bit more. This stuff really works! Additionally Kathy is one of the kindest, most open people I have had the pleasure of meeting. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, to reflect with me on the session, and to offer up words of advice and encouragement. She is simply the best!

Ah-​mazing. Kathy is the real deal. We all experience times of stress and imbalance. I came into Kathy for a session during one of those uncomfortable times. After my session, I left feeling grounded and peaceful. I enjoyed her incorporation of sound therapy that she infused with reiki.
If you’re feeling, stuck, off kilter, confused or sick, reiki is a great modality to bring you back into harmony. And Kathy’s work is truly something to experience. Thank you Kathy, for shifting me back into alignment.

Got my mother a gift card for the holidays to help ease some of her Rheumatoid Arthritis pain, and the entire experience was amazing! Not only was Kathy understanding of the situation (i.e. introducing my mom to Reiki and Massage), but the treatments have really helped my mom manage her pain– she’s even asking for more sessions!!! My mom and I both would recommend Kathy to anyone interested in alternative healing treatments.

What a wonderful massage, and in such a relaxing setting. I would recommend Kathy to anyone. Her prices are quite reasonable — $ 60.00 for a 90 minute massage! I had no hesitation about booking sessions for both myself and my husband in a few weeks, and am looking forward to it already!

I got this massage as a gift because typically I can not justify paying for such a wonderful, yet costly, luxury. Of all the massages that I’ve had, this is one that I will actually be scheduling again and again. Kathy is absolutely wonderful and was extremely kind and caring. Her energy is fabulous and when I explained to her that I was a novice when it came to massage, she came with several suggestions and made me feel completely at ease. The work she does is amazing. I have been under massive amounts of stress over the past 3 months and I left Reiki feeling completely relaxed and at peace. I would absolutely recommend Reiki and Kathy to anyone and will be booking any further body work with her exclusively. You will not be disappointed!

Kathy is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. This was my first Thai massage (or, «Yoga for lazy people» like me) — I plan to go back regularly. Outstanding!

Kathy is a wonderful healer. Her light and kind energy is infectious; you can’t help but feel fantastic by the you’re finished. She is so in tune when she’s working with you. She’s great at going deeper when needed as well as keeping the pressure gentle when that’s needed. She’s a real gem of the massage/​healing world!

Kathy is fabulous. I have several autoimmune conditions that leave me with chronic pain and flare ups and Kathy is exactly what I need when this occurs. Her touch is gentle and firm all in the same breadth and her kind caring spirit is just what the body calls for. I leave feeling refreshed and no longer in pain or at least pain significantly reduced. I highly recommend Kathy.

I’m a bit of a Groupon groupie. I appreciate body work, however I can’t justify the $ 120 or more per 90 minutes charged by the better massage practitioners that I’ve found in Denver. I tend to collect Groupons for bodywork and go to a few a month, some good — some bad; Kathy is the only therapist who was so amazing the first time she worked on me that I’ve been going back to on a regular basis. I still get bodywork done occasionally through Groupon when I find a $ 29 for 90 minute deal, but they’re never as good as Kathy. Kathy has treated me with both Reiki and my biweekly Thai Yoga massages. The Reiki last week was so incredible. I had gone through a few weeks of very intense stress. I wasn’t sleeping well and my stomach was in knots of anxiety. The Reiki Kathy performed made it all go away — seriously. The most amazing thing. Her massage work, both the Thai Yoga and deep tissue that she has done for me are the best I’ve ever had. I leave her studio feeling like I’m walking on air and that every joint and muscle is happy and relaxed. It lasts for days. Kathy is such a nice person. She has a fantastic energy about her and you feel good just being there in her hands. The only complaint I have is it’s always over too soon — over long before I’m ready to leave. This isn’t her fault; it’s related to the theory of relativity. I’m paraphrasing Einstein here as it’s an apt description: «Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Be worked on by Kathy for an hour and a half, and it seems like a minute.»
