This a small, privately owned franchise with really friendly, talented hairdressers! They are great at listening to client instructions and check in throughout the haircuts to make sure it’s looking right. They offer Online Check-In, which is an online version of call-ahead seating. You check in when you’re leaving your house/driving over(don’t type and drive though, people) and it adds you to their list of customers«in line». Makes waiting times shorter! They also keep a small computer-based profile of each client including name, phone number, and notes from prior visits(hair dresser name, hair style requested, etc.) I highly recommend it. Normally an adult haircut is $ 14(children/seniors $ 12) but often they have sales for all haircuts $ 8(that’s crazy cheap! And still incredibly high quality!) Ask for Nicole!

This is a follow up review, there seems to be new staff at this location that can cut hair as i decide to come back to this location to give it one more try. I was happy with the result as they have new staff that is doing a great job and can cut hair evenly.

Worst haircut experience. Old lady cut my hair, or rather messed up my hair. The outcome was shaggy dog with bald patches. Was told by the«old lady» who cut my hair, that hair gel will fix it up… 00 so she knew her hair cut was that bad that she suggested hair gel?! Am I being punkd?! I hate to do this to any business, but I highly recommend spending more money and getting a hair cut that doesn’t require one to wear a hat, or to shave it all off as the aftermath!

Grace did a wonderful job fixing my 1.5 year old botched haircut from a fancy place downtown. She was super nice and really made sure we were on the same page. I will be back to see her again.

This is a follow-up to the incident I posted earlier. I finally spoke with the manager of the franchise and was very pleased. Paul was very professional and solved the situation. Although I did have an issue with one of his employees, he did not take sides and did not make excuses for the way my hair was cut. I would recommend people to go to him because of his professionalism. I would not down the entire store because of a mistake made by one employee. Thank you again for following up very quickly on my inquiry; I appreciate it and I feel so much better.
