It’s close to home, so I can walk my dogs to a grassy area where they like to romp and sniff. There are squirrels, which one of my dogs enjoys hunting(in other words, she sees one and stalks it and refuses to go anywhere). Strangest discovery: my dog uncovered an entire fast-food burger hidden under mulch(we blame that one on a squirrel). It may have been her happiest moment. There’s a disc golf course and the Platte River bike path. The grassy area is small, but it’s nice to have some greenery in this formerly industrial area. Steer clear of the retention/runoff pond area – it gets stinky.

Small. Quiet. Next to the Platte River. But, also next to industrial buildings.

Surprised to be the 1st person to review this place. A nice pit stop a few miles N of Confluence Park if you’re biking along the S Platte River trail. Hilly, a few picnic benches, and you will find anyone here from joggers to people streyching to bikers to people just chillin’ by the river.
