Meet the Business Owner

Eden M.

Business Owner

Eden is a bagel maker and owner of Black Sheep Bagel and Bialy. He trained to make breads in California with a specialty artisan bread baker. He then moved to Denver about 5 years ago and focused on making bagels. The transition from Bagels to Pizza was natural. Since he was making his Bagels in his Pizza oven, he started making Pizzas for his friends when they came to hang out. He has been making and selling Bagels and Pizzas for local shops and restaurants ever since. Now with a foot in the Five Point community, he can be found at the Temple Bakery building. Most people find out about him through friends of friends, Instagram, or Facebook. Eden says, «If you are not my friend, become my friend… and I will make you a pizza.»
