History

Established in 2007.

We both worked in «big-​box» gyms, where the main concern was EFT. In other words, they were only concerned with billing consumers credit cards or bank accounts on a monthly basis whether they used the facility or not. We were only allowed to offer one-​on-​one training. Though our clients got good results, we wanted something different. We decided to implement small groups and higher intensity workouts. We found the increased intensity, the comraderie, and the accountability that small groups offer increased the success of our clients. Small groups are also a way to offer personal training at a more affordable rate. At F.I.T.T. we wanted to include nutrition counseling, body fats measurements, before/​after pictures, and weigh-​ins at no extra cost. In short, we opened a gym where clients can get personal attention, great workouts, and amazing results without the intimidating «gym» atmosphere.

Meet the Business Owner

Brandon S.

Business Owner

In 2000, Brandon began sports training for Oklahoma State under Coach Dan Austin. There, he became a certified Sports Fitness Specialist. Brandon is certified as a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning through the International Sports Sciences Association. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Fitness Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Brandon helps his clientele reach goals they have set for themselves. He motivates his clients to help identify the goals that work with their specific lifestyle: whether it’s losing weight, gaining muscle or just becoming fit and healthy. Brandon strives to help your overall health and fitness level by digging deep to reach your specific goals. He believes nutrition is the biggest part of fitness and he holds his clients accountable to help change their lives.
