I have worked with Alisa K. As a life coach. She is spiritual, kind, and truly gifted. She had a wealth of life experience which helps her connect to so many people so well. She is on a mission to help heal people all over the world. That’s pretty epic!
I know they offer long and short-​term mentor ships and weekend workshops. She has an amazing dance background and runs Dancehall Girls – I’ve seen them on YouTube and an envious! I live too far away to do any in-​person workshops. She is amazing, I cannot recommend her enough. I have grown so much in such a short time! Thank you!

I’ve been in this magnificent studio for private workout sessions and group sessions. One Monday a month they hold the Alisa K Happy Hour. A variety of topics are discussed and you definitely come out with more than you went in with. This is one Happy Hour where there is no alcohol served — Just high on life.
