A complete bathroom design includes a layout and specifications of all components such as tile, plumbing fixtures, flooring, vanities, cabinetry, counter tops, and hardware. Schematic designs include 3D renderings, and elevations.

Kitchen Design:

A complete kitchen design includes calling out appliances, electrical outlets, lighting locations and fixtures, plumbing fixtures, countertops, backsplash, flooring, cabinetry and hardware etc. Schematic designs include 3D renderings, cabinet layout and elevations.

Whole House Remodel/​Custom Home:

A complete overall design scheme, includes details regarding the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, molding design, material section, exterior design, and reconfiguring floor plans. Schematic designs include 3D renderings, cabinet layout and elevations.

History

Established in 2007.

Originally working in the Seattle residential design and construction market, Elizabeth relocated to Denver in August of 2012, to complete a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management degree from the University of Denver.

She established her residential design business upon graduation, along with registering her Colorado Real Estate Brokers License.

Business Owner

Specializing in residential design, Elizabeth’s youthful and energetic approach to her projects has resulted in award winning kitchen and baths, including five «Best of Houzz» design and customer satisfaction awards, from Houzz​.com.

Elizabeth has an extensive background in the remodeling industry, as the Lead Designer for a highly regarded Design-​Build firm, she achieved certifications from national remodeling associations. Having recently graduated with a masters degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver, she applies her construction knowledge to her designs, resulting in completed projects that are not only inspiring and impactful, but practicable and obtainable, designing to a budget. Elizabeth’s graduate degree allows her the ability to analyze resale values, educating her clients on how to efficiently capitalize on their construction investment. She works on an hourly basis, allowing her clients to control costs and manage expenses
