Electrifying Cleaning

I bought thru Living Social. Has a number to call, never returned my calls. Then I booked thru her on-​line calendar along with a message she never answered. My appointment was for today — never called, showed up and still won’t answer her phone. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY — DON’T USE THEM! Why advertise if you don’t want the business? I was looking for a permanent monthly cleaner! Thanks a lot Sarah!!.

I had the pleasure of hiring Sara and her team to clean. They were punctual, friendly and very hard working. I recommend Sara and her team for any residential cleaning!!!

I found a Groupon for Electrifying in February when I was moving. After I had removed all furniture, I just needed the kitchen appliances, bathroom, floors and walls cleaned. Pretty easy.
I called Sarah to ask a few questions and she asked that I bypass Groupon and pay her directly so she could keep the cash instead of Groupon getting half. I paid $ 50 for 2 people/​2 hrs. She came over and did a great job and I got my entire deposit back. Good times.
I contacted Sarah again in April to clean my girlfriend’s place as a surprise when she went out of town on vacation. I made an appt, but when cleaning time came around, Sarah called and cancelled with no notice. She complained of traffic.
Anways, tried to schedule another appt and she now wants to charge $ 110 for 2 hrs, which is more than double our original deal and doesn’t seem to care that I hooked her up and she cancelled our previous appt.
Very unprofessional, rude and the worst customer service. Surely, we can all find someone else to clean our apts.

There were 2 people for 2 hours cleaning 1100 square feet of unfurnished space. No scrubbing was necessary, just dusting and wiping down areas. They may have cleaned one window and one mirror. The floors, blinds and refrigerators all left dirty. I now have to pay someone else to get this place cleaned. What a scam. I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase any ‘deal’ they might have going. This is a fly by night 2 man show that will steal from you.

I had contacted Sarah specifically for floor cleaning, as it is difficult to find a cleaning service in Denver that will do more than just swifter my floors. I have a dog and a swifter just isn’t going to cut it!.. and I can do that myself. I had expressed to Sarah I didn’t care if they weren’t able to get to cleaning other areas of my house, just wanted my floors cleaned. Sarah was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. When I came home my floors were SPOTLESS. Sarah and Fidencio got on their hands and needs and scrubbed every corner of my apartment! I was more than pleased with their hard work and attention to address exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend this duo.
