The service is terrible! They are super slow and very unprofessional. Constantly talking trash and ignoring customers.

Not sanitary! The girl making food touched the inside of the trash can, her hat, and who knows what else, and immediately went back to making food with the same gloves.

If you enjoy getting sexually harassed by the staff, this is the Einstein Bros for you! My 18 year old daughter went here for a bagel and endured an employee talking about particular parts of her body in an extremely sexual way the entire time she was there. Fortunately for that employee I wasn’t there or there would have been quite the scene, but I do not approve of my child coming home with stories of sexual harassment. Not that I was much inclined to spend my money on bad bagels in the first place, but I will for sure never set foot in there again.

Shouldn’t take almost 20 mins for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. And on top of that, there was hardly any cream cheese on it. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and both have been slow service and mediocre food.

Seriously Horrible service. What happen to the sweet manager that use to work there? Or did I just go when she wasn’t there? The staff was so rude so unprofessional. You guys need to get a new group of employees and management. The food is great. But you guys should bring back the tomato basil bagel! It was the best one!

After yet another poor experience at this Einstein’s location, I decided it was time for the world of Unilocal to hear about it… and imagine my total lack of shock seeing several other reviews with similar remarks… so here is my attempt to explain the«why» of this locations horrid service… It begins… and ends, with the Manager! I don’t know who the manager is, what they look like, or how they act… but I have seen their team in «action» and the buck stops at the top. To the manager: you have a group of employees with no clear direction, no organization, no defined roles, no ownership of their jobs, no pride in their work, and poor attitudes that project to the customers. To be clear… this is 100% on the shoulders of the manager to fix… and if they can’t, time for them to go!

I love Einsteins but this location sucks. First off I asked them about what their potato salad had in it and the cashier told me she didn’t know cause she’s not a prep person. I get it. I asked an annoying question. Haha. Second thing, this location is filthy. Every single table had crumbs or trash on it. Third, they forgot our drinks so we had to remind them and they made them hot. We had ordered iced coffees. Last, one of the employees came out from the back and she was dragging her feet with such an awful look on her face. It just made the atmosphere worse. Overall very disappointed. I love Einsteins but this location is off my list.

I’ve been to multiple Einstein locations now and I have to say if I hope to never step in one again. This location offers possibly the worst entry/exit I have ever seen. One doorway, and once there are more than three people in line inside the line then fills the doorway. When someone or a family with five kids(more likely) the doorway is a catastrophe and becomes an adventure in trying not to step on people while trying to exit. The Trader Joe’s parking lot designers probably designed this doorway — truly awful! The bagels are blah. I’ve had some excellent bagels recently at multiple local places and I now know how subpar Einstein’s Bagels really are, the bagel is completely soft with no texture whatsoever. I will not return for anything from Einstein’s and would highly recommend any other local Bagel place over Einstein’s.

Hmmm… GROSS!!.I personally witnessed an employee leave the restroom, after taking care of his business and NOT wash his hands. He returned to the counter to make sandwiches. Disgusting!

What have you done to my Einstein’s. It is awful now!!! It takes forever to be served, the assembly line process for the sandwiches turns out an inferior product and, MOSTIMPORTANTLY. they no longer make the thin bagels. Now, the server attempts to cut down a regular bagel to make a thin=tastic one. Doesn’t work. I won’t be going back. One more thing – what happened to all the nice people that used to work there – particularly, Brittany, the manager. It is dirty now and a very unkept restaurant!!!

Einsteins is good as a while, but this one stands out as being the worst one I’ve ever been to. Out of 10 times visiting, they’ve gotten our order wrong 8 out of 10 times. We stopped going here months ago out of frustration and we just tried one last and final time. I got home and the order was wrong, again. I called the manager and he couldn’t have cared less. So disappointing.

I like Einstein Bros Bagles, and this location is walking distance from my house, so I’ve gone about 4 times since I moved here. I don’t know what it is, but every time I go here the people behind the counter irritate me. Not only are they slow and disorganized but they’re usually obnoxious as well. This bothers me so much that I’ve sworn this location off. I go to the Starbucks next door and when I want an Einstein Bros Bagle, I go to the Colorado Blvd. location. I wish they would put something else in here because the location is so convenient.

I love Einstein Brothers, but I wish they could improve the service/wait times with a more streamlined ordering system or something. This location is no exception, but no complaints about the food.

Slowest service ever! Eveeer!!! Prepare to wait 30 mins if you have 3 people infront of you. 10 min a person and yourself for a smear bagel!

Cute little spot! Smelled like burnt bagels like most Einstein Bagels do. Doesn’t matter though. Coffee is good and bagels are even better.

I’ve been to this Einstein’s many times to get bagel buckets, and the service is usually friendly and quick-ish, but today was the exception. I ordered an egg sandwich along with my bucket o’ bagels and the cashier couldn’t have been less interested in being friendly. I said, «Hi! How are you?» He mumbled something without looking at me, then proceeded to crank his neck around like he was trying to crack it. That was a little gross, for some reason. After I ordered my sandwich and the bucket, he said, «I suppose you want these sliced?» Uh, yeah. Please. Aaaannnd… he did not slice them.(I should have noticed that, so partly my fault). The sandwich was pretty bad. I think they are using egg whites or egg substitute, because the egg part was tasteless and really pale. I should NOT have ordered a honey whole wheat bagel for the sandwich, because it is!!! HONEY!!! whole wheat and the honey flavor totally screwed up the sandwich flavor. The bagel was really soggy, too. Mushy egg sandwich… kinda wondering why I ate the dang thing, now. Einstien’s: please offer whole-wheat bagels that are not totally HONEY-flavored.

After a few months of frequenting this Einsteins location, I think it deserves an extra star for sure. I love coming to this bagel shop and seeing familiar faces behind the counter every day, and scooping a little table(and hopefully an outlet) so I can plug in and tackle my daily deadlines while sipping on whatever beverage or bagel piques my interest that day. This place is always packed, and for good reason. The staff is exceptionally kind, the wafting scent of bagel is the idea stimulant for productivity, and the prices are reasonable. Free wi-fi? Yes please. Plentiful plugs scattered throughout the seating area, and plenty built into the long counter lined with bar stools? Even better. Ooh, and I see that ‘Crypto’ has challenged me to find a locally-owned bagel shop that isn’t mediocre — I can’t speak for Denver as much(but hello, Zaidy’s Deli?), but head down to Tallahassee, stop by BagelHeads, and THAT right there is a locally owned bagel shop that ISN’T mediocre. There’s also a fantastic bagel place in Flagstaff, I believe it’s called Biff’s Bagels. Miami has Lots of Lox, my favorite hometown haunt.

I think I love this Einstein’s location so much that I want to get it pregnant so it will never leave me. This location ACTUALLY has a helpful and friendly staff who actually listen to the order being placed and the first time(in a long time) that my bagel sandwich wasn’t cold in the middle! Huzzah! Huzzah! And to the other reviewer who took a star off for it being a chain: Tell you what. Find a locally-owned bagel place that isn’t mediocre(or from planet sucksville) and we’ll talk!

I feel compelled to counteract these negative reviews a bit. This location is great and I’ve been going here weekly for over a year. Service is fast, the space is huge, there are tons of customers. One time I placed an order and then went to StarBucks, when I came back to put the coffee in my car the worker ran out my order preemptively — and it was about zero degrees outside. When I call in my order ahead of time they always take it quickly, efficiently and have it ready. That’s been my ongoing experience. Sorry the other folks had bad experiences. Maybe I’ve just been lucky.
