The woman who took my order over the phone was so nice and sweet that I felt like she was my friend! They delivered my mom flawless birthday flowers. Thank you for a great experience!

This place is hands down the BEST florist in Denver! Every single time i come into their shop I am greeted right away, I love that because it makes me feel welcomed. This is the 4^th time I’ve used this florist for a big event of mine and they seriously never let me down. I love working with Lydia! She’s absolutely amazing every single time I’ve worked with her! The reason I keep coming back is that Lydia is patient and really takes her time to go that extra mile to research & understand my vision on how I want my centerpieces. Thats extremely important to me because I throw pretty extravagant events, and i like hearing my guest rave about how amazing the centerpieces are, it makes me feel good, because they are definitely something to talk about! I also love that lydia can work within my budget or recommend alternatives if it doesn’t fit within my budget. The flowers are fresh and and smell so beautiful! Also, they recently did my baby shower and i ordered 2 dozen balloons which they were able to deliver to me. I highly recommend this florist for any event or occasion you have! I am happy every single time!!! 5 star florist hands down!!!

This place provides the balloons for my daughter’s high school volleyball team and they’re great to work with. I was a volunteer for the Greater Park Hill Homes Tour and they did the flowers as a sponsor and made some awesome, unique arrangements for the home I was the coordinator for. Easy to find off Colfax and Monaco, it’s an unassuming storefront, but their work is anything but unassuming.

Lydia was great to work with for my wedding at the Denver Clock Tower. From the start of my consultation, she made the entire process stress free. Compared to other florist the prices are very reasonable and the arrangements are beautiful! Everything came out exactly like we discussed. I would definitely recommend Ed Moore and will be using them again in the future.

This place puts customer service high on its list of priorities. The flowers were very nice, healthy, and obviously arranged by a real pro. Out of the dozens of florist we called, they had the best prices by far, and were easy to correspond with while we planned our wedding. When I arrived at the venue the flowers were setup ahead of schedule and way bigger than I expected. It also made my wife very happy… And let’s face it, that’s all that really matters!

I am in the UK and had the ‘Hat Box’ arrangement delivered to my sister in Denver. I found the staff were patience personified when I asked for their help. My sister was absolutely delighted with her arrangement and remarked that the attention to detail from Ed Moore was very impressive.

Eight days later and my flowers are still beautiful! You guys rock! Nice arrangement. Could have been larger (got the free upgrade too…) but I’m not going to complain about a beautiful arrangement that’s alive eight days later.

WOW! What a horrible experience! I ordered a plant for a friend of mine. I asked for it to be delivered once my friend returned from out of town. I said he would call. Well Saturday rolls around and I get a call from the shop asking me about an order that some guy was calling about! I call back and they say they don’t have an order for me? She said she would call me back in 5 minutes. I then get another call from a man saying the order was scheduled for Monday coming up. I tried to tell him that was not the case and he went on to argue with me and tell me i didn’t know what I was talking about and that he was going to cancel my order! I asked if he was the owner of the business and he said YES! I said I can’t believe an owner would be talking to a customer like that! I told him I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

What a sad business they are running. My brother and sister in law went to a lot of effort to surprise me that I’m going to be an aunt. First of all, they didn’t have the order in the system when it was ready to be picked up and it went downhill from there. They forgot to include the card that had a poem and announcement! We are so hurt by this simple yet very important mistake. No refund or apology will make up for it. And the funniest part is after all this calling and complaining, I still haven’t seen or been read the poem by the shop.

Let me start my review by saying I always forget not to lose my temper. It’s a flaw. But in this case I was so angered I guess I couldn’t help myself.
Flowers ordered for my girlfriend with what was supposed to be a birth announcement enclosed. Wow what an amazing surprise that never happened. Why? Because not only did Ed’s completely botch the order but forgot the card about the new family addition. Luckily I called to ask for an early delivery otherwise when I was supposed to pick them up it wouldn’t have been there.
They had no idea who or what or when or anything. I stayed patient and finally got what was ordered. Minus the most important part… the card.
Several of us called to complain and the manager (no names) outlined how I had come early and it was the day before Valentine’s yada yada yada. Every excuse in the book except for a flat out «I’m sorry». In fact she took the time when speaking to one of our complain calls to throw me under the bus as if I had done something wrong.
I waited for 40 minutes and was given 3 free roses. That was kind at the time only to realize what a huge mistake was being made.
Lastly to be told that they didn’t appreciate us posting bad Unilocal review? Wow. Blown away with how this place thinks their you know what doesn’t stink.
Terrible service, blame placers and frankly the flowers ain’t that great.
I urge anyone reading this that any business that cannot atone for their sins is not a place to give you hard earned dollars to.
Side note… while waiting I saw two other people who also had their orders wrong upon pick up.

We used Ed Moore Florist for our wedding at the Denver Clock Tower this past June and were very pleased with the results. My mother helped me out with this detail and worked with Lydia and Mary. We were planning the wedding while we lived in Houston and my mother was helping from California, so communication was occasionally a challenge, but everything turned out beautifully.
Our ceremony was simple and we wanted flowers to help set the simple, yet classic theme, so we went with calla lilies. The arrangements were gorgeous and the price was even better! They even went out of their way to find clock accents to each piece in addition to grabbing some clock finger nail embellishments (at no charge) for me just because they found them! They got the flowers at a great deal and passed the savings on to us, making even more elaborate bouquets than we had originally ordered. Everything arrived on time to our venue and presented well.
We were very pleased with the work and value from Ed Moore Florist and would recommend them for your special event.

I wanted to send my husband flowers and I wanted to use a local business so that when he got the flowers he didn’t have to arrange them like you do with online orders. Delivery was fast and on the same day for a $ 10 charge. Online companies charge at least this much, so I thought this was a great dale. The lady I talked to on the phone was helpful and patient with me while I picked out an arraignment I liked and said she could add more flowers and really do it right. My husband loved them! I’m so excited that I was able to find a local florist that we can us for local deliveries. I would highly recommend Ed Moore Florist to any of my friends or anyone who is looking to support local businesses.

I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers when I was laid up in bed with an injury. The card said «Sterling rose florist» and when I googled it, this place had the same address, so I’m guessing they’re the same place.
As I mentioned, this was the most beautiful arrangement, with beautiful color scheme, craftsmanship, and very fragrant flowers. I don’t know how much they cost, as they were given to me, but I will certainly look into using this place in the future.

Amazing above-​and-​beyond service! This business has a fabulous variety of gift cards and flowers. The gentleman who helped me did a fabulous job creating a bouquet that met and exceeded my expectations. The flowers were fresh and transported well without wilting because of the water sponge the florist attached to my bouquet. I wasn’t expecting much considering I only wanted to spend $ 25 but what I received far exceeded what I would have paid $ 50 for at many other shops. I will definitely be coming back in the future

The people on the phone who helped me out were very nice and delivery charges were very reasonable ($ 11.00) however, I can’t help but feel a bit disappointed at how little $ 35 was able to buy. :(
10−3−13 (UPDATE) Received communication from Ed Moore Florist and Greenhouse and I am sorry I ever said anything. Not only did they apologize but they offered to resend the flowers. I will not take them up on this as I don’t like to take advantage of people who try to do the right thing. The fact that they cared enough to contact me and tried to correct things made all the difference in the world. Thank you Lydia. As a final comment, my was really really really happy with the flowers!!!
I will DEFINITELY do business with you guys again.

We just moved to the neighborhood; and I recently attended the Home Tour event in Park Hill. Every home was beautifully decorated with flowers arrangement. The flowers were so gorgeous that I asked who did such an amazing job, and the women at the Home Tour gave the Ed Moore florist card.
I haven’t purchased any flowers from them yet; but am definitely going to visit it soon. Very excited to find good local florist with such a great taste right next to my house!

I came in here to buy my first boutineer for a formal ball I was attending. They were so wonderful they helped me design it based on what I was wearing and the tuxedo my date had picked out. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they went above and beyond my hopes. I was about to purchase the Unilocal deal but it ended up only being $ 6!
When I came the day of the event to pick it up, the wrong greenery had been applied but they quickly made the change and had me out the door in no time after a quick lesson in how to apply it to my date’s jacket. Thank you so much you made a memorable evening even sweeter. I will be back :)

My stepson came back from college on a Friday and the following day he was going with a friend to their high school prom. Of course, he waits to the last minute and we were running around on Saturday afternoon trying to get him ready. I told him earlier that day that we needed to order a corsage, but that ended up not happening (grr teenagers!). However, as we finished up buying his accessories, I looked on Unilocal and found a nearby florist. We called to see when they closed and if we could place an order for a corsage. They told us they could accommodate us as long as we were there in 45 minutes.
One confusing note is that when I searched for a florist, the listing came up at Sterling Rose Florist that was in the University Hills area, but when we called, they have moved to the City Park area. However, once we arrived at the location, I couldn’t tell if it was the right place because the outdoor sign says Ed Moore, but there was nothing referencing Sterling Rose. I called to verify and was told that was the same place, so we parked and went inside.
You could tell it was prom weekend, because there were a ton of people milling about picking up orders. That and Mother’s Day weekend. Anyhow, we waited about 10 minutes in the store and the corsage was ready. When I checked in to the business on Unilocal,I found there was a Unilocal Deal to spend $ 10 for $ 20, which worked out perfectly. I think the total of the corsage was $ 19, so it was a good deal.
We received quick and friendly service and they have a lovely selection of flowers. I saw some beautiful arrangements walking out with satisfied customers and I would like to return to this business again.

I received a Birthday Bouquet of 2 dozen red roses with babies breath and three Happy Birthday Balloons.
I had missed the first phone call when the woman arrived to drop off the flowers but she called shortly there after (when I answered) to let me know she left by flowers with a neighbor. She was very sweet and waited until I went down to pick them up before she left (she was verifying — how sweet).
Happy to say I received them on 12÷21÷10 and the first sign of any drooping was on 12÷26÷10. 5 splendid days of beautiful red roses that smell heavenly.
