I have been in the existing home waterproofing industry for over 20-​years. I started as an installer in January of 1993. I have installed over 4000 systems in crawl spaces and basements. I have also worked as a design specialist, service manager, and production manager with great results at each. Many things have changed during that time period and none more dramatic than the building science of the crawl space.
