Dogtown was anchored out in front or Prost Brewing. The staff at Dogtown was very friendly. My son(4-year old) wanted a bag of chips.. . and I didn’t offer to buy him(Mom already got a pretzel) Well the guy was nice and offered the little boy a bag of chips on the house(to go with our 3 hotdogs). I went ahead and let the little boy have it. I tried the Pheasant, my wife and son got fairly normal hotdogs. All three were delicious.. and the recommended toppings went well/tasted good Though i am still waiting for a duck sausage with foi gras(ala Hot Dougs) this place was pretty good, and definitly worth trying.

Friends and I enjoyed the Yak, Bison, Wild Boar, Pheasant/Rattlesnake, and Honey Bourbon sausages. All were beautifully prepared and delicious. You’d think something like Yak would be dry, but the way that they steam cook them and then finish them on the grill keeps them moist and tender. Plus the guys running the thing seem to be some nice folks. Hope they never change a thing. I will seek them out any time I am in Denver.

These guys have been at Copper Kettle Brewing Co. lately so I finally decided to try them and it was worth it. The 2 owners are extremely friendly and the selection is great. Bison Brats, Wild Boar, and Elk Jalapeño Cheddar with a endless amount of options for toppings. To go along with it this was very affordable, and a place I would have again.
