Doc’s of Denver Carpet Cleaning

I have used Doc’s of Denver for years! They have cleaned up after my sick dog, kids parties and daily life. Steve is always on time, very professional and does the best job! He offers a fair price and quality workmanship. His crews are polite and listen to the needs of specific areas. They take time to protect furniture, hard wood floors and always do a little extra to make sure it’s just right! I totally recommend using Doc’s!

I hired them to clean carpets, stairs, area rugs and two couches. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased. They were friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.

Our carpet was in bad shape and needed lots of work; I didn’t expect it to turn out as well as it did. They were able to get spots out I was certain would remain after the cleaning. When we get our carpet clean next time we will definitely call them again.

Docs is the only place we will ever use to have our carpets and furniture cleaned. They may not be the cheapest, but they always bring the most value to the table. I feel like customer satisfaction is at the top of their priority list, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Waited for a long time to get our carpets cleaned because of my perceived cost to do so. We desperately needed it though because the carpets are old and one of them can smell at times. Finally decided it had to be done, called Docs of Denver and short of installing new carpets I don’t know how they could have done a better job. Rooms smell great and the carpets are clean, I can now feel the spring in the shagpile under my feet which I couldn’t before. When I got the bill it was less than half of what I expected it to be. I wish we’d done it years ago.

You guys are simply the best. Two bottles of red wine were shattered on our carpet and, after your efforts, it has never looked better. Thanks for being the best.

Cody and Josh did an excellent job! They cleaned two large couches, an area rug and two big upholstered chairs thoroughly and efficiently. Everything looks nearly new again! One of the better carpet cleaners I’ve used. Reasonable pricing as well.

Steve and Josh at Doc’s of Denver are great to work with and offer a quality service at an excellent price. I just had my carpets and bathroom tiles cleaned by them this month and was thrilled with the results! Doc’s of Denver is an excellent carpet cleaner. Their technicians are all very neat, friendly, and I trust them in my house with 2 large dogs. They were fast, efficient, cleaned the dirty carpeting very well, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. The price was exactly as quoted. They’ve been around for over 40 years and I can see why they’re so successful. I’d recommend Doc’s of Denver to anyone.

I have been using Doc’s of Denver for my carpet cleaning for over 20 years! They have always been professional and do great work. They regularly clean my home and my office, and have even done cars and motorhomes. I trust them so much I can give them keys to my office and they take care of it after hours… Great people, great service!

When Doc’s technician arrived to clean my one year old $ 50/​yd carpet (no pets, no smoking, and carpet only in non-​food areas) I asked him to remove his shoes. He refused and said the cleaning process made the carpets so wet he had to leave his shoes on … and he wasn’t kidding! It took almost 3 days to dry and my specialty bound carpet protector pieces were all apparently «drowned» in the process. All the sticky backing is gone; the pieces float all over and have to be replaced.
But WAIT … after the technician left, spots appeared in random places on the carpet, some of which had always been covered by the protector carpets. The spots stained the previously unstained carpet! Doc’s sent the same technician back who then left bleached out spots where the stains were — but not before Doc’s manufactured every possible, ridiculous story they could conjure for how I got the spots on the carpet!!!
Hey Doc’s — your technician walked in here with his shoes on, refused to take them off, and carried stains all over my carpet. Then YOU pointed the finger at ME.
I have LOTS of opportunity to recommend carpet cleaners … DON’T USE DOC’S
unless you plan to replace your carpet like I have to.

Their office called to say they were running behind by over an hour — so I appreciated the ‘heads up’ and it was not a problem. They cleaned an old Ethan Allen loveseat that was a muted yellow and had a ton of pet hair — dog & cats’. Some of the older stains lightened but they got most of them out and did a really good job defuzzing the piece.
What surprised me and disappointed me is that they didn’t clean up the black shoe marks that left a trail from the front door to my kitchen on my light oak floors!!! I don’t understand that at all. Two young-​ish guys — one chatty — strangely so — the other ‘down to business’ serious and professional.
If you hire them make sure they clean up after themselves!
